Renewal by Andersen provides a variety of window replacement products which includes highly efficient energy saving windows that are Green Seal certified. Windows produced are made from composite Fibrex which lasts longer and perform better than ordinary glass. We have a 3400 sq ft home. We needed to replace our failed windows; 16 windows and one double sliding door. I have just got to complement Paul Kotsiuba, Igor Romani c, Vasyl Bosuik and Viad Prozapaz who are the professional window craftsman who performed the removal, installation, cleanup and Checklist of work performed. Two long days were required for this work. The work was structured and organized. Safety was observed when working at 24' elevation. When we do our next set of 15 windows, we will only do so if we can get the same two crews again. Cleanup was thorough and as much as possible quickly. Thank you Anderson Windows and these men especially.

Needed all my windows replaced and wanted to change living room widow to a bay window. Paul, Igor, Boris and Kostya not only did an excellent job, they were on time and got the entire job done by 3pm. Being the wife of a heavy equipment operator, I have been around skilled and unskilled workers. There is nothing I haven't seen and heard. Renewal by Andersen, I solute you! We had all of our old windows replaced in February 2019. They told me the road noise would be reduced and our fuel bill lower. Neither is true. It would have been money better spent to find a way to replace the old screens. Our old wood windows were beautiful, but people told me they weren't energy efficient. I now disagree. For the first time I even have spiders and other insects entering my home through the screens in every window. The screens do not fit tight to the window like they did in my old 1950s windows. I wish I hadn't replaced them. They are not nearly as beautiful nor as secure as my old wood windows. Lesson learned.

We had 7 windows replace by RBA, 3 casements for the kitchen, they installed the windows, but did not complete the installation on the exterior, the complete trim package was left off, the 4 double hung windows on the front of the house, were not the windows that i ordered, and again the install of the exterior trim was completely missing. We are still trying to resolve this. We paid $13,000 for a a $6,000, job. Also, one of the installers kept trying to sell us, first siding the a $20,000 sliding door for $4,000. If you have an older house, don't go with this company! We were promised custom windows to replace the original 50 year old Anderson windows, but were not told that they would be much smaller than the original window, with significant glass loss. There are spacers and fillers on all sides of the window to allow it to fit in the opening. We were told by the installer that was necessary because the house had "settled", but the framing on the original window appears square. These look like replacement windows, and poor ones at that. From the exterior the windows look amazing, however very disappointed in the interior appearance. Never was it discussed with us at the consultation or the measuring appointment that these custom made windows for our home,that come at a very high price, would not fit perfectly in our 30 year old house. It was never explained to us that almost every window would need a piece, or several pieces, of trim added, which looks like plastic, calked on to fill gaps. Some windows have just a piece across the top, which can be hidden behind a blind, but some across the bottom, many on 3 sides of the window. We are pleased with the replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. We felt cooler without the shades and the windows seem brighter even with the tint. They installed the 5 windows and a sliding glass door in the 2 days slotted and took care of putting down plastics and tarps inside and out. They were careful and did not break a single pane of the old windows and cleaned up and took away all waste from the job. The people were very professional and friendly. They answered our question and the lead job worker went over the job order before and after the job was completed. We are looking forward to see how these window will be in the winter.
