One of its standout features is its resume optimization tool, which helps you tailor your resume to the job listing you’re looking to apply for.

Pricing

Career.io offers a total of three plans. Although you can use a limited version of Career.io’s resume builder at no cost, these subscriptions provide access to the company’s entire suite of tools and features. All three plans include the same level of access and only differ in the subscription period.

You can purchase a monthly subscription ($24.95), a 6-month subscription ($44.95), and a 12-month subscription ($74.95). Both the six-month and 12-month subscriptions have a one-time, non-recurring payment. 

Customer Satisfaction

Career.io does not currently have a registered profile with the Better Business Bureau. Online customer reviews for the company are limited to those found on its Trustpilot profile, which are less than ten. All customers give the company a rating of one star, with complaints mostly centered around receiving bad customer service and having payments taken from their accounts without authorization.

Career.io’s resume builder has a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily edit their resumes and cover letters while checking for spelling mistakes and providing AI-generated guidance to optimize them.
