How is is possible that this company has a 4.8 star review from consumersadvocate.org and I cannot find one review that is good. It appears that the same complaint is stated over and over again. Word of warning. During the 14 day trial make sure you cancel by going on their website, by calling them and then do it again to make sure the actual account is cancelled or else they will state that you did not do it. Call you a liar and suggest you keep using the service you wanted to cancel in the first place and offer no resolution.

Buyer beware! They hide their fees until you've spent a ton of time on the site. They then sucker you into paying a fee to access the work you've done and then hit you with a $94.50 recurring renewal fee and refuse to refund your money! They are the worst of the worst kind of bait and switch renewal scam. Don't use them!!

Abusive fine print, indifferent customer service with a harsh no-refund policy. Make sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; I got my refund when BBB entered the arena.

Buyer BEWARE! I had the same experience and many of the other reviews. They stole $120 after I signed up for the free trial, talked with several support staff and then a manager and they told me they "Have very strict no refund policy." Will never be trusting this company again. Dishonest people work here!

I have a GED that I am very proud to have achieved. But the resumegenius just can't figure out how to enter that. They say in their site it only takes 6 seconds to look at a resume. So they want me to just put in some useless info and then edit it later. Well I'll go somewhere else, some genius.

Be very careful when using this website, they give you a long trial period (in hopes that you will forget you even made the account in the first place) then will start charging you $40 to renew in stealth. They will not send you any receipts or give you any notifications that you have renewed a membership and if you aren't constantly on top of your bank statements it is very easy to miss this payment. If you do happen to get charged unwantedly, even if you catch it day of they insist they have a strict no refund policy and that is your fault (basically telling you to go f*** yourself). Terrible customer service CONSTANTLY talked over me and would not let me speak or explain things also was very condescending, will continue to charge account AFTER cancellation, go as far as to say that you never cancelled in the first place. On top of that the formatting of the resumes are awful, you would be better off using a word template. Be careful spending money here, you may need the resume for a job but you would be better off in both financial and professional situations using a template from word.
