Service is extremely minimal and PDF's were unable to be exported when I first made my resume. Will never use again and will never recommend to anyone

I used the link provided for the three month trial, provided to me by the Visual CV support team. However, upon entering my payment information as required, I was nevertheless billed for a full three months.

I think Visual CV Resume Builder is an outstanding tool. BUT, I only authorized them to take $18.00 from my account. They have taken an additional unauthorized amount of $36.00 which has caused my account to be overdrawn by $-52.00. I have CONTACTED JAMES AT LEAST 5 TIMES as soon as the discovery and before my payroll check came in and there has consistently been NO RESPONSE. Is someone sick, or they too like me having money problems. Because that is not the way you do business. He sent four emails to me about his resume service in succession, when I sent my email notification to that same address there was no response. I usually just let things be but THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Hands down a must have. The ONLY app I found that let me reformat an old resume and edit it, all from my phone. This app does all of the work for you. Finally, a resume app that's everything it promise's!
