My Husband and I are on a fixed income, we were notified from the IRS that we owed $20,000 in back taxes. After researching other tax services we decided to with Anthem Tax Services. The people at Anthem were very helpful and assisted us with our taxes. We have had our taxes reduced to $100 which is a huge relief. We greatly appreciate the assistance and help we got from them.
Anthem stays on the case. Anthem also informs their customers of progress, with an update from the party doing specific work and a PHONE call, not a text or email. Thank you J for the call and thank you BD for staying on top of my case. I am confident that the next call will be to inform me of compliance. Thanks again Anthem. D
I am a current customer of Anthem Tax Services. I was going to go with another firm I heard on the radio. I "googled" best tax resolution firm. Up popped Anthem. From day one I have been working with Alex Morisset and Vanessa Vasquez. These two individuals are so amazing and their service is beyond professional. I am glad that I chose Anthem. Vanessa kept me calm all the time. Alex, always took my call and it not called me back immediately. Both amazing professionals!!
I am so glad I contacted Anthem Tax Services. They were great from the get go. Very knowledgeable and very good at listening to my concerns. Anthem personnel were always very respectful towards me. I also appreciated the fact that they were able to help me with my case. Along the way I talked to several of their associates and each one of them was very caring and tried to help me as much as they could. I can mention Sean and Ryan as their pivotal point of contact. They were reassuring, helped and explained the whole process to me. They were also very patient and always responded quickly to any question I had. I am very thankful for all the help and hard work on my behalf.
So, here's my thoughts about Anthem Tax. Short response... Would I recommend them again? MAYBE, but only very specific people! I didn't have the best outcome on my case file. Between lost papers, extended time frames and a representative with little to No zeal to see my case through....I somehow got lost in the shuffle. Before I found Anthem Tax Services, I had an IRS debt that was pretty sizeable and cause me plenty of worrying because I am on fixed income and couldn't afford to set up an continuing payoff plan that would last for years while accumulating more interest.
