NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney Generalâs office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.

Staci was Awesome! I am definitely a proud member of Delta Auto Protect, and I strongly recommend its services to other prospective members.
We did work for DAP on a policy holders car. After 30 days, several false promises of payment, and several follow up calls seeking payment, still nothing. After about a month of getting strung along we decided to warn people via sites like this. After the reviews were posted, we contacted DAP again. This time we were told that a stop payment was put on the claim because of the reviews. They would pay us, but only if and when the reviews were removed. They went so far as to give us the cell number and a name to call for one of the sites to have our review taken down. Once they were removed, we did get paid. I've had Delta Auto Protect for 2 years now on my hyundai elantra. Recently my car started acting weird so I took it to my local dealer who ran some tests and found out the rack and pinion on my steering system was failing. My dealer contacted Delta directly and Delta paid my dealer directly over the phone with a credit card. My car was repaired and I was on my merry way in no time. I recommend Delta to anyone looking for a car warranty!

I purchased a warranty though Delta Auto Protect and was a little skeptical because the price was so much cheaper than their competitors by almost 50%. That along with all there positive reviews.. So I got cold feet and ask for a refund... They simply ask why and gave me my money back within 48hrs..
Delta is selling contracts with no insurance backing up these policy this is illegal in most states if they don't pay your claim simply contact PA attorney generals office and the BBB
I have a warranty on both my truck and car from Delta. I've been with them for about 4 years now and they've always been their when I need them.
