Toco offers four plans with different levels of coverage, the Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange. The plans protect all main vehicle parts and components, including engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case, turbo/supercharger, electrical, cooling system, air conditioning, fuel system, brakes, steering, suspension, and high-tech electronic components. Toco also extends a Mechanical Breakdown insurance for California residents, which is a complete insurance product on its own. Besides providing excellent comprehensive coverages and straightforward service agreements, the company also offers 24-hour roadside assistance, rental benefits, trip interruption coverage, and hotel discounts with all their plans.
Limit of Liability: Limits of Liability for the Blue Coverage: a. Per Repair Visit - Our liability for any one (1) Repair Visit shall in no event exceed the trade-in value of Your Vehicle at the time of said Repair Visit, as listed in the NADA Used Car Guide. b. Aggregate - The total of all claims and benefits paid or payable while this Contract is in force shall not exceed $15,000. Limits of Liability for the Green, Yellow, and Orange Coverages: a. Per Repair Visit - Our liability for any one (1) Repair Visit shall in no event exceed the trade-in value of Your Vehicle at the time of said Repair Visit, as listed in the NADA Used Car Guide. b. Aggregate - The total of all claims and benefits paid or payable while this Contract is in force shall not exceed the NADA Retail Value for Your Vehicle at Contract Purchase Date.

All Toco warranty plans have a per-visit deductible which, if not specified in the client registration page, will amount to $100 per visit. Should a covered Breakdown take more than one visit to repair, only one deductible per breakdown will apply. Although the company allows clients to choose their own repair shops, those who have their vehicles serviced at one of Toco's preferred facilities will get an additional $50 off their deductible. As is the case with most car warranty providers, there will be a coverage waiting period of 30 days and 1,000 miles from the contract purchase date and odometer mileage at the moment of purchase and maintenance records will be required for service.

Coverage under Toco's contracts will expire according to the month and mileage term, whichever occurs first, as shown on the registration page or when the limits of liability have been reached. One detail the sets the company apart from other competitors is that they offer a longer-than-average cancellation policy, providing up to 60 days for clients to cancel contracts and get a full refund minus claims paid and a 5% administrative fee. Clients who cancel after the first 60 days will get a 90% refund minus claims paid. If Toco is the one that terminates the contract, they will provide a 100% refund of the unearned pro rata premiums minus claims paid, yet only if in the event of material misrepresentation, odometer tampering, failure to maintain the motor vehicle as prescribed by the manufacturer, or nonpayment of premiums.

I wish I can give ZERO star but unfortunately the lowest google allows is 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING. I had an issue with my car “ noise coming from the engine” when. I took the car to the dealer who diagnosed the car and they said there is misfiring and issue with camshaft therefore engine needs to be replaced cuz cost to fix will be high. We opened the claim with these TOCO guys who sent their examiner to the dealer to take a look at the car then they told me the claim is denied and that there is nothing wrong with car and that all it needs with oil change- they dealer gave me and gave them the report that identify the issue with the engine yet... This company seems basically as a Scam. They offer a car warranty and after months paying for this service, when I have my first claim, they put a lot of difficulties and then argue that a oil change made 2 years before the policy was taken didn't follow their standards, not documented anywhere and if so, they shouldn't offer warranty with no inspection but proactively reject the coverage from the very beginning. Do not waste your money with them, it works only while you pay and don't submit any complain. SCAM !!

My experience with Toco has been for the most part, incredibly disappointing. Not only do they have aggressive and arrogant sales staff, but they also renege on promises or commitments made. I recently was guaranteed certain provisions in my renewal policy, which never materialized. This immediately made me very uncomfortable with the company, where they could also be the same way with their claims. At this point, I decided to cancel my renewal policy. Having exceptional customer service in any business is key to retaining valued customers. Unfortunately, Toco Warranty does not believe in that. So my advice to all of you honest hardworking people out there is "Buyer Beware".

I had heard some very bad things about Toco , that they took forever to pay or they didn't pay. I must say they have been very good to me .very timely inspection even when repair shop found other issues. One of the best moves I ever made was getting Toco.

I purchased a Toco Warranty about six months ago. The process with the representative was very pleasant and professional. I have since needed repairs done to my Toyota Camry ( Engine Mounts). I gave the the automotive repair facility my warranty information and they said the process of getting authorization for repairs and getting paid went through very well. It also went very well for me as I really could not afford the repairs at the time. I paid my deductible and I'm happy. Thanks Toco!!! I believe I made a good investment for my car.
