Toco offers four plans with different levels of coverage, the Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange. The plans protect all main vehicle parts and components, including engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case, turbo/supercharger, electrical, cooling system, air conditioning, fuel system, brakes, steering, suspension, and high-tech electronic components. Toco also extends a Mechanical Breakdown insurance for California residents, which is a complete insurance product on its own. Besides providing excellent comprehensive coverages and straightforward service agreements, the company also offers 24-hour roadside assistance, rental benefits, trip interruption coverage, and hotel discounts with all their plans.
Limit of Liability: Limits of Liability for the Blue Coverage: a. Per Repair Visit - Our liability for any one (1) Repair Visit shall in no event exceed the trade-in value of Your Vehicle at the time of said Repair Visit, as listed in the NADA Used Car Guide. b. Aggregate - The total of all claims and benefits paid or payable while this Contract is in force shall not exceed $15,000. Limits of Liability for the Green, Yellow, and Orange Coverages: a. Per Repair Visit - Our liability for any one (1) Repair Visit shall in no event exceed the trade-in value of Your Vehicle at the time of said Repair Visit, as listed in the NADA Used Car Guide. b. Aggregate - The total of all claims and benefits paid or payable while this Contract is in force shall not exceed the NADA Retail Value for Your Vehicle at Contract Purchase Date.

All Toco warranty plans have a per-visit deductible which, if not specified in the client registration page, will amount to $100 per visit. Should a covered Breakdown take more than one visit to repair, only one deductible per breakdown will apply. Although the company allows clients to choose their own repair shops, those who have their vehicles serviced at one of Toco's preferred facilities will get an additional $50 off their deductible. As is the case with most car warranty providers, there will be a coverage waiting period of 30 days and 1,000 miles from the contract purchase date and odometer mileage at the moment of purchase and maintenance records will be required for service.

Coverage under Toco's contracts will expire according to the month and mileage term, whichever occurs first, as shown on the registration page or when the limits of liability have been reached. One detail the sets the company apart from other competitors is that they offer a longer-than-average cancellation policy, providing up to 60 days for clients to cancel contracts and get a full refund minus claims paid and a 5% administrative fee. Clients who cancel after the first 60 days will get a 90% refund minus claims paid. If Toco is the one that terminates the contract, they will provide a 100% refund of the unearned pro rata premiums minus claims paid, yet only if in the event of material misrepresentation, odometer tampering, failure to maintain the motor vehicle as prescribed by the manufacturer, or nonpayment of premiums.

It is a rip off, they pay 75 an hour and the shops around here are between 90- and 100, I ended up paying as much as toco did, so much for protection, they should contract with shops who will do the work for 75 an hour, and let us the consumer where they are, I am not a happy camper. I was told that some of the parts weren't covered fully because they were after market, and that toco could get it cheaper. OMG Edward Rogers

The warranty on the car that I bought had expired. So I purchased extended car warranty from toco warranty. Their rep was knowledgeable, offered a good price, and explained everything well. Getting the policy started was an easy going experience.

I purchased a protection plan from Toco Warranty for my vehicle. I was satisfied with the plan plus the protection specialist was also very cooperative and informative. He answered all my questions and was nice. I would recommend them for the kind of plans and warranty along with the assistance they provide to their customers. Along with that the dealer network they have spread all across the country adds up to a great experience. I don’t have to worry about going to a body shop or a dealer that I don’t really like.

These companies are all a scam who prey on the poor with no credit. If you had a credit card you could just pay for the repair bill yourself. This article is about spending a modest $1200, this company charges 2,3 and 4 times that amount for a coverage plan that really doesn't cover anything.

Purchasing a plan from Toco Warranty was easy, and they were very helpful. Having extended warranty is very valuable to me because it means I would not have to pay a whole lot of money for repairs and car payments at the same time. Overall, I have had a very satisfactory experience with Toco Warranty and I would recommend it.

I had a great experience dealing with toco warranty. I need to pay a small amount each month without any big down payment and the best thing is that I dont have to pay any interest, we can protect our financial stability for the vehicle with an extended warranty. I would definitely recommend toco warranty to a friend.

A few months ago, I bought extended car warranty from Toco warranty after a friend's advice. Yes Toco have the best customer care and services as promised by my friend. They provide simple and affordable services. One of the best part is that Toco warranty does not ask for a down payment to begin with your coverage.

My transmission was very clearly without a doubt covered , thats what they told me up front. Then it came time to use the warranty, what a bunch of liars and scam artists. I got the runaround and after 3 weeks of fighting with them they flat out denied coverage! I got an attorney involved who told me that they have covered themselves in the contract by disclosing the "right to refuse" coverage to anyone for any reason!! WHAT THE @*%#!!! Tell every one everywhere that this is a certified SCAM company that has absolutely no intention on paying out anything to anyone! READ THE CONTRACT!!
