Nimble makes CRM much simpler by incorporating many of the modern customer relationship management features into one easy to use system. Just like other CRM services keeping in touch with your customers could be done by sending emails within Nimble. A major drawback however, is its inability to organize email folders. You still have to use another email program for organizing emails.
