SugarCRM is an ideal solution for small to medium-sized businesses providing excellent functionality and features. It is quite easy to use and offers a friendly user-interface. However, this could prove to be expensive for some small businesses as it requires a minimum of ten users or at least $4,800 per year contract for its entry level service or Professional version. There are also issues with its customer services as priority support is only available with its higher priced offers.
