Do not use Avas Flowers for rush delivery. I ordered for a funeral at 11am and I received an email that afternoon stating the flowers were delivered at 4:03pm. I called customer service automated system which refunded my delivery fee. I paid over $100.00 for flowers for a dear friend and I was unable to determine if they were received in time for the service. This was a complete waste of money.

Buyer be ware they will deliver at there convince spent 145.00 on 2 arrangements got one before noon on Friday called was told they would get the other one delivered today wait until 2pm to let you know no we're not doing that this is Father's day weekend I sent flowers for my Son and Dad to be taken to the cemetery go to BBB read before you buy from here

This company is terrible. Ordered flowers for a funeral memorial a week before. No flowers were delivered and no one called. I called the next day, was disconnected twice and sat on hold for twenty minutes twice with them 'looking into' the delivery. They asked if I wanted the flowers to be delivered to the person's home two days later (it was for a funeral) . After the fact, they told me the florist wasn't available and delivery trucks weren't available. Couldn't tell me before the service?

I have never been so upset with the service as my experience with Ava’s Flowers. I ordered two funeral standing floral arrangements for my dad’s graveside service 3 days in advance. I was told they couldn’t deliver to the cemetery so delivery was planned for my home residence 1 day in advance of the funeral. I called 3 times yesterday and 6 times today and was repeatedly told the arrangements would be delivered. 2 hours before the funeral I was asked if I would accept a discount and they would drop the flowers at the cemetery the day after the funeral. This is very hurtful. We had to have my dads funeral with no flowers from his 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Customer service... Read More

. Sorry, I did not receive these comments before purchasing advertised as local, but not local. Guaranteed same-day delivery which did not occur. Said they would “upgrade” my purchase. What they sent was a sparse arrangement of cut flowers in a clear vase. I could’ve done better at the grocery store. Would not recommend.

I would give them "NO STARS" if possible. The following is why the Better Business Bureau had gotten so many complaints about AVAS Flowers. The also advertise they are local to St. Cloud Minnesota and they are not!!! Their base company is in Delaware. My husband ordered a Mother's Day flower arrangement at 10:12 AM HST on Thursday 5/11/23. It was an order for $89.23. We received the first notification the flowers were delivered on 5/12/23. We called customer service stating the flowers had NOT been received. The Customer Rep informed us the "DELIVERED" email to the customer automatically goes out when the "Designer" gets the order.
