I am livid. I ordered a yellow rose bush for mothers day. What she got was a tiny basket with four 5$ walmart type succulents. This cost me 75$!!! And then I found out there is no way anywhere to actually contact the company. The one number I found just goes to a recording that hangs up on you when finished. There is no email address. There was a last moment 25$ service fee tacked on the end of the order. They were supposed to be in my Moms same tiny town. Its a lie!! I'll be opening a claim with my credit card company. I cannot believe how badly this went. Absolute fail.

Spent almost 170 dollars on this arrangement which is embarrassing in what they delivered. A very small arrangement with flowers that are dying. I’m embarrassed to to give my wife of over 20 yrs. this garbage. I’ll NEVER use them again. They don’t answer the phone either. Their website makes you wonder how legitimate this company is due to their no solutions approach. Stay awayyy

My friend order me Mothers day flower... and My word these people ripped her off! DELIVERED A MESSY BUNCH OF FLOWERS IN A CKEAR VASE NO BOW AND A TYPE NOTE ON A FULL SHEET OF PAPER!!! NOW SHE CANT EVEN GET A HOLD TO ANYONE FOR A REFUND OR TO COME GET THIS SAD DISPLAY OF FLOWERS!!! DONT USE AVA FLOWER IN BEAUMONT TX

Terrible service. Did not deliver funeral flowers for departed brother. Very deceptive when you order. They add extra fees such as ribbon, card and processing fee. Beware, I will never use this business again.

Don't use this company! Thought I was buying local but that was a scam. No flowers were ever delivered. Three days in a row I was promised delivery that never happened. Horrible company!

Worse experience we've ever had ordering flowers. We ordered a "Get Well" Teddy bear with 6 balloons early morning for same day delivery. They used my name for both the patient rec'ing and the party sending. Rather than call from the hospital, they called that evening asking for patient's name and room number. Which tells me they never made it the hospital for same day delivery... Then tried to blame it on the hospital's mix-up. After all had been gone over several times on the phone that morning, they added an add'l charge, $28.00 for creative floral arrangement fee... It was a friggin teddy bear with 6 balloons! I wish I would have seen that there are so many low star reviews online for this place. I have no idea how this site has come up with 4.5 stars for this place. I would rate it ZERO stars. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mom's birthday. They did not arrive. No one contacted me to let me know there was a problem with delivering the flowers. Had I been contacted, I could have made other arrangements to get flowers to her ON her birthday. Calling this place is also like a three ring circus. It is difficult to get through to anyone. I feel scammed! Didn’t receive what I paid for. I ordered a red, white and blue arrangement for a veterans funeral. Suppose to have 15 red flowers had four. Suppose to have large dark blue bow ,didn’t have any bow. Poorly put together. Sloppy. Suppose the be five gladiolus and palm leaves, no gladiolus some scraggly looking palm leaves. Charged large service fee. Don’t use Ava’s . Can’t get in contact after the fact. So disappointed. Also they tell you they are local but when you call you get like a sales person trying to tell you what to get. I asked are you local and he said yes the flowers would be made at a local florist . Do not use this flower delivery service. My daughter ordered flowers for me while I was in the hospital. I never received thanksgiving and was discharged two days later. Hospital called said they found flowers in physical therapy sept two days later. They do not want to refund the $99. On my account. Do not use. DO NOT USE. RIP OFFS
