They missed the delivery date by 5 days, the flowers were delivered dry and shriveled, and they only would refund 50% of the cost. Do not ever do business with this company

This company lied about delivery status on their website and on the phone and lied about returning my calls to enquirer. I was also charged for same day delivery and yet when the order finally arrived it was a full day late. I will never again use this company!!

I bought a bouquet for my mother from these scam artists the day before Mother's Day, but after making the payment, I checked the receipt they'd emailed me and saw that they'd charged me a $27.94 "service fee" that was not listed on the bill when I made the payment. I immediately tried cancelling the order online, and I received an automatic message saying that I couldn't cancel the order. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel the order and issue me a 100% refund, and they never responded. I called them as well and no one picked up. Do not use!!!! I ordered flowers eight days in advance of my aunt’s birthday. Late in the day on the day they were supposed to be delivered, I got an email stating that they would not be delivered. When I spoke to someone on the phone they said that the florist was closed on Sundays! They rescheduled delivery for Tuesday and give me a $30 refund. Wednesday I called because the flowers had not been delivered. They offered me a poetry $20 and an apology. I canceled the order and will never use them again.

This company is an absolute waste of money and time. The prices seem decent online… until they upcharge you $45 on service and delivery fees. I ordered and an hour later received a text message claiming that there was a notice on my order and to check my email. When I went to check the email, I was notified that the product I had already purchased and spent $100 on was unavailable. They said to follow a link to their website where I’d be able to choose an upgrade free of charge. I was annoyed but thought I might get a better arrangement out of it. This company is horrible. They have false advertising and terrible customer service. I ordered two large boquets of tulips to be ordered for my mother in law and step mother in law for mother's day. When I ordered them they indicated they would be delivered on the saturday before mother's day. After I paid $200 for the flowers and additional service fees it indicated they would be delivered sometime between the friday before mother's day and the monday after mother's day. One set of flowers never arrived. I was on with customer service for 30 minutes and said they would redeliver the flowers and reimburse me 50% of the flower cost which is like 33% of the price. TERRIBLE service. I cannot get any confirmation that the flowers I sent for Mothers Day were actually delivered. I filled out an online form 2 days ago, with no response. I've tried to call, but after FINALLY finding a phone number got stuck in an endless loop of recordings that told me there was no info on my delivery and then hung up. I was unable to talk to a live person. I strongly question if Avas Flowers is real. I am feeling like it is indeed a SCAM.

Will never use Avas again. And I will let my families and friends never to order from them. Avas notified me that my order was cancelled only on Mother's Day, May 8. They were supposed to deliver it between May 5- May 6. I did not get a chance to find a replacement bouquet in time for Mother's Day. The bouquet was paid in full when I ordered it. They should have informed me that they could not deliver it at the time when I placed my order. Also, the email stated that they have processed my refund. but I still have not seen it in my account. ZERO rating for AvasFlowers.

I live in Phoenix, AZ. I orderd flowers from Avas because they were close to my 90 year old mother, in Ohio and appeared to be highly rated.. I specifically asked that they call before delivery, they did not. This lady is legally blind and lives alone. My sister stopped by, as she does every day & found the flowers sitting in the sun, outside, by the door, very wilted. Not ordering from Avas Flowers again.

I regularly send flowers from online stores, Ava set the bar as low as it can go, They did not deliver when requested and internet site tells me they were delivered but they weren’t, later saying it was lost. Next day looked again and 4 hrs later it still says lost, I get a text and picture it’s been delivered from the recipient and its the wrong size and completely different arrangement. Never have had this happen ever using other sites, there are several sites that do a great job, so much for trying to use a family owned company and benefit the little guys.
