I wouldn't use AVAS Flowers again to save my life!!!!! I ordered a casket insert for a family member. I ordered it on Wednesday for a viewing on Friday to be delivered before noon. I called for a delivery status on Friday at noon. It still hadn't been delivered. I called multiple times and they were unable to contact the florist. I called back Saturday morning to make sure that it would be delivered Saturday before the funeral. They said they would call the florist for delivery status. They called me back and said that it had been delivered. I contacted the funeral home and they informed me that heart insert hadn't arrived. I am a florist and I can tell you ava's screw the customer and the florist shop over. They sent your orders out to whomever will take them. Which are very few people. The pictures they show are the florist work it pick they have found themselves.

Valentine's Day, 2022: It's a shame that I have to give them 1 star as it's the lowest option but even giving them 1 star is way too much. If there were an option to provide negative numbers to depict the lowest of low - that would still be too good for this company. This company is BEYOND awful and should be permanently closed. Every state Attorney General should make it their sole purpose to close this operation because its continued allowance to operate is a menace to society. Not only are they thieves but they literally suck all joy out of special occasions. HORRIBLE!!!! I placed an order for my wife to receive her Valentine flowers at work I received an email stating they were delivered on Sunday February 13, BUT how can that be??? my wife job is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday how can they deliver flowers to a LOCKED office??? After charging me 122.00 for flowers, I get an email that they have an issue. I had to accept a different choice in flowers. They were supposed to arrive by 12pm. At 1pm they told me that they didn't have the time for the order and that they couldn't guarantee the delivery before the business closed. They couldn't provide the local florist's name and they couldn't provide me a refund. Absolutely terrible!!!!

Worst service ever! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home before 3 because I live out of state and I wanted them there for the wake. I ordered them at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday. Flowers never showed up so the funeral was the following day (Thurs) but I was told that they couldn't deliver there they had to deliver to an alternate address. Gave them a different address and was promised that they would deliver the following morning (Thurs). Again, never showed. I was told then that they would deliver by 3. The funeral service was at 2. I cancelled completely. They told me the florist was in the same town as the funeral home but they wouldn't deliver there. Such... Read More

Holy cow, what a scam. Their site makes it seem that they are a local florist when they aren't. The prices listed are a scam -- you get all the way through the process including entering your credit card information to discover that there is a $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE! Not a delivery charge, which is free with a coupon. Not taxes. A service charge that is not otherwise easily and clearly disclosed. Fortunately I realized the fee was there a moment before submitting the order. Watch out!

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Delivery was set from 12/23-12/24, flowered arrived at 8pm on 12/27. 66 min on the phone with customer service (if you can call it that) and they initially said deal with it, then after speaking to a manager, they offered my a whooping $10 coupon to use on my next order (yeah, right). 2 people later I finally got my $108 back. Too bad an 83-year old didn't get her flowers for Christmas. Horrible service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
