Ordered flowers on 4/28/2020 for Mother’s Day with flex window 5/6 to 5/10. They never were delivered . They disabled the email site so you couldn’t contact them and the phone number provided just cut you off. The sad part is these were for my sickly elderly mom who lives out of state. She doesn’t understand why her children forgot her on this special day. Shame on you Ava flowers! DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

i ordered flowers for mothers day for my wife. I ordered a large precious mom boquet. billed me 129 dollars. My wife recieved a small boquet of half wilted crap. after calling the local florist that delived the flowers we discovered they, Avas flowers gave the local florist 65 dollars for the arrangement and pocketed the rest. tried for two hrs to get customer service on the phone, they just kepy me on hold. why?????????

I placed an order on Friday 5/1 for a delivery of flowers, birthday balloon and greeting card. The flowers were delivered Friday afternoon with no balloon or card and the paper that was delivered along with the flowers had two peoples names as senders that were not mine. After I was made aware by the recipient, I contacted the company via phone. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I went through the website and filled out all of the comments about my order. I finally was contacted Monday evening (5/4) by voicemail. I ordered flowers yesterday morning at 930 am for same day delivery. Still not there at 11 pm tonight. After 5 phone calls and speaking to the manager they have no answers for me. Kept saying the florist that was to deliver has not answered phone for two days!!! Hello maybe they are closed due to the virus! I cannot get a refund for another 24 hrs so I have to call again tomorrow! Each call takes 8-22 mins to get through. No one should have to deal with this! Free delivery but 19.99 service fee What a joke!

Completely a fraudulent company. I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday and agreed to a "flex" delivery date. They were to be delivered either on 4/26 or 4/27. When they did not arrive on either day, I called and emailed for THREE straight days. I was hung up on twice by alleged customer service representatives. I even tried the call you back at a scheduled time. Guess what - no phone call. Then they blocked my number so it would decline my call and feed to "thank you, goodbye". I emailed only to receive ZERO written response. THEN it gets EVEN better. The deliver finally comes today. We ordered over $100 in lilies, hydrangea, and roses (all in pinks, whites, greens).... Avas Flowers is the ********* florist I have ever worked with. No delivery to my friend who was experiencing the one year anniversary of her daughter's passing. I ordered the day before and the day after, no delivery. It is a lie that they are local, as their website wants you to think they are, there is no phone number to call and get a real person, I cannot cancel online as they send an automated response that says it cannot be ordered. I have never had a shittier experience. I have been on hold for 45 minutes. Still waiting. I will never order from them again and you should not either.

There has to be much better choices for flower delivery. There was no mention of a $17.95 service charge. Interestingly, I could have ordered from the local florist who wound up being the people who delivered the flowers without a service charge. In addition, delivery was clearly requested on the 26th of the month (a birthday) and the invoice clearly shows that date. Unfortunately, they delivered it on the 25th (two hours after the order was placed). I called customer service and they said there was no deliveries on that date even though it was a delivery choice when I made the order and again, the invoice clearly indicated that date. I did an online order because that's what they push, immediately I received an e-mail telling me to call their 877 no. after 15 minutes of being on hold someone finally came on and told me they did not have the flowers I wanted but did have some that were $15 more, I immediately cancelled the order, then I got an e-mail telling me that the charge was issued back to my card and I would see it in about 10 days! they charged my card and did not have the item, not to mention it is my moms 96th birthday and now I don't have the funds to get her anything for up to 10 days! They Suck!

I am on Day 4 of trying to contact Avas about Flowers that were NEVER delivered. The automated contact page has placed me on hold for hours, has hung up with the "Good-bye" automation, I have requested a call back within the time frames they offer 3 times and NEVER received a call back. I cannot find a way to get to an actual human being. These were flowers for a deceased person's family....they claimed were delivered. I used their automated system for ordering and even entered the Apt. # and directions on how to buzz in in their special messaging system and yet the automation continues to say they were delivered on X date.
