If I could have given zero stars I would have. I ordered two dozen pink roses for next day delivery from their website for my mother's 70th birthday. I was called the next morning to tell me they didn't have pink roses and they couldn't deliver them that day, but could get some from their farm and deliver the next day. They delivered 2 dozen orange and yellow roses that were left on the front deck in the heat without even ringing the bell to let my mom know they arrived. When she opened them, they were wilted and then they died two days later. Mom didn't tell me till day 5 after delivery. I ordered flowers from Avas for same day delivery for my 25th wedding anniversary because they said they could same day and paid the extra $9.99 for delivery by 2PM. At 1:34PM they emailed me stating the flowers would be delivered the next day. So much for anniversary flowers. It's after 11AM the next day and they still can't tell me when the flowers will be delivered. This is the WORST flower buying experience I've ever had. Stay away from this company they are horrible.

I placed an order yesterday for next day delivery. The next day, I didn't receive an update, so I called them and apparently they couldn't find a florist to complete the order, so their solution was to SHIP "farm fresh flowers" as a replacement. Not acceptable. So their solution was to refund only a partial refund, as a servicing fee... Let me get this straight. You don't have a supplier in the area, even though you told me that you did when I called yesterday, and now that is a "service" that I have to pay for? I will never do business with or recommend Ava's Flowers to anyone.

We have questions over an order and charge. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to get answers!! The website keeps directing you to find it yourself or to call. The phone answering system is very cumbersome to navigate thru and ultimately directs you back to the website. A simple question has turned into a ridiculous waste of time with no resolution. Clearly Avas is not interested in customer service.

My daughter just received the Pink and Purple Delight arrangement for her birthday and it is Stunning!!! The delivery was timely as I was Zooming with her when they delivered, what timing! She is crazy about it, this was an Artist Design arrangement, kudos to the designer, as my daughter said "She knocked it out of the park!" I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Total waste of time: I will never ever use this company again!!!! They never delivered flower to my daughter in law on her birthday and then use dan excuse that UPS was to deliver them the following day....... which they did NOT.....all I have received is a run around...... I’ve demanded ,y money back and they tried to say they can give me 10% because the flowers were in transit...... their web page says guarantee same day delivery and customer satisfaction...... Both lies. They took my 80 dollars and did not fulfill their obligations. Almost a week later still no flowers and still no refund....

Before placing an online order, I called Avas Flowers directly to ensure that they could deliver on a specific date. I was pleased when the gentlemen I spoke to said that yes, they would be happy to deliver on the date I requested. I specifically told the man on the phone that if he was not able to guarantee delivery I would not be placing an order. He again confirmed that yes, they would be happy to deliver on the date I needed. I placed the order, but I did not receive my emailed invoice until after 5:00 PM on the agreed upon delivery date. If I could give them a minus rating I would! They are such a scam! Paid a lot of money for flowers to be delivered o my friend after her father passed away. First I didn’t realize they were not a brick and morter store. They should have to declare it! Then they sent the order to a local florist for 1/2 of what I paid! Don’t ever use this company! They should be taken down!

Worst of the worst. They are fraud. Lies. Theft. Refusal of communication. They pretend to be local, they are not. They say they can deliver, they cannot. They offer arrangements they don't even have. If I were to guess, they call a random flower place for you after taking $30 from you to do it. They can't deliver and so when you cancel, they still feel entitled to your $30. This is fraud. Website is full of legalese (they must have been sued, or expect to get sued) and customer service number goes to auto-attendant that hangs up on you. Emails unmonitored. Screams fraud from every angle STAY AWAY!
