I have read all of the complaints about this company. I also used this company . Every thing that people wrote is true !!!!! Write your attorney general, write the Better Business Bureau.

Deceptive practices. Surprise "service" charge of $18 added after price agreed on. Customer service is impossible to contact-- just an endless circular loop of clicks on the website that NEVER let you contact or email anyone. Phone contact is the same way.

Should be given a negative rating. This company is a scam. Impossible to get a hold of. Very sketchy. I couldn't hear very well when someone finally did call me back. I still have not received an email of my receipt or that I will be refunded. They never delivered the flowers I ordered for my mother's birthday. They claimed it is because those flowers I wanted were not available. Then why were they on the website? There are tons of reviews stating similar situations and people receiving dead flowers. Scam, terrible service. They shouldn't be allowed to carry on stealing people's money.

If I could, I would give this company no stars. I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's 96th birthday, and I wanted it to be extra special. Her favorite color is blue, so I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to come in a blue vase with a blue ribbon, and it had yellow roses and dark purple flowers with white lilies. I paid extra to get the large bouquet, which was supposed to be even nicer than the one shown on the website. I also paid extra for a "Happy Birthday" balloon. The bouquet that was delivered was nothing like what had been ordered at all. It had totally different flowers, it came in a clear vase, and had a white ribbon. And there was no balloon at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED MY POOR PREGNANT FRIEND HAD TO GO WALKING AROUND THE PROPERTY SEARCHING FOR THEM AND NEVER FOUND THEM. THEY KNOW THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM ALL WEEKEND AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHERE THE FLOWERS WERE. STILL HAVE NO FLOWERS AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO ISSUE A REFUND ON A $120 ORDER. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM.

Horrible, horrible company. Order flowers way back on Mother's Day and I'm still dealing with the scam they pulled swapping out what was on my order. This is a horrible company and no one should ever do business with them. I paid over $100 for a specific flower, but could have bought what they sent locally for about $20 (and it wasn't what I wanted which is why I went to their page in the first place - to get what I did want).

Ordered flowers on the phone Thursday said would be delivered Friday by 11 am. today Saturday called on my order status and said have to talk to arranger, Asked to talk to supervisor and she said they would tell me same thing. She would have to talk to local florist but would let me know by end of day. too lazy to call florist and get my ordered completed.

The worst flower company I have ever used! The flowers were not what I ordered, they were half dead, the company would not resend a bouquet, not respond to my negative feedback, nor refund my money. You cannot leave a review on the website. RUN!!Order from Amazon flowers instead!!!

Wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering. I actually CALLED the number on the website to confirm that they had what we wanted AND that it would be delivered today. This was at 10AM. Confirmation email after order said delivery was today by 2PM. When the flowers still had not been delivered at 4PM, I checked the status of the order on their website and now delivery is TOMORROW. No email or text - I called back and got told it was "out of their control" Find somewhere else that actually cares about customers - this was in the middle of the week in the middle of July not near any holiday, so no excuse for such terrible customer service.

Avas abandoned the flowers on my friends door step -- not in the morning, as I stipulated, but in the mid afternoon. They never phoned my friend, despite having been given her phone number. The flowers were left outside for several hours until a neighbor retrieved them and gave them to her the following day.
