had them installed in 2017. started to curl up on the ends (installer error). they came and replaced them all today, installed correctly, no charge to me. cant beat that with a stick! ted whitney 5/17/21

Poor representation by the salesman. Recently I called LeafFilter for a quote for my gutters. The person they sent out let me know really fast that he was very busy and in a hurry. He basically was rude the entire time that he was at my home. He made sure to let me know that he typically did high end homes and from his behavior mine did not meet his criteria. I have an older home that was completely remodeled which had some debris in the gutters which needs cleaned out due to some over hanging trees. I also wanted an estimate for gutter covers as well. My neighbor, with the same size house, paid $1100 less than we did. And both houses were installed with gutter protection the same day.
I felt like my salesman had too much pricing leeway and was not honest to give me a fair price. He started with an $11,000 price and finally, with 3-4 discounts, we paid $6825. The exact same size house and roof, that my neighbor has, was only $5725.
Both of us were called on by two different salesmen on the same day at the same time. Your company needs more consistency in pricing the value of your product.
I want an $1100 discount.

Bad Bad business They will take your money and run with me they told me that my gutter won't leak anymore after they put leaf filter on so want the did was put the dip strip behind the gutter Instead of put it in the gutter And left the gap between the roof and gutter. So more water could run down behind the gutter call many times and in the next I don't know last month they came out twice Still couldn't figure out that the drip edge goes into the gutter and not behind it. I so wish I had found these reviews before having LeafFilter complete the project. I tried finding objective reviews before the salesperson came to my house, but could not find any. Sadly I paid 3 to 4 times what the project should have cost. I paid approximately $40 per linear foot. According to my "after the fact" research, a high end cost should have been $12 per linear foot. I am an elderly single Christian woman, living on a fixed income. I trusted that the salesperson had integrity and would not take advantage of me. I was wrong! Please do not trust this company.

Promises made, assurance given, warranty. Once money is given they re not to hear from them. Called was hung up on. Refuse to answer my calls and no return phone calls . Im upset the cost t$$$ 6,000.00.for leaf gutter, when rains makes the leaves stick to the mesh!!! what the?. Getting the run around!!!!! Time to employ USN JAG. COME TAKE THEM DOWN!!!!!.

I had a salesman Robert Devries come and give me an estimate. Robert was very nice and informative about the product. I gave a 2.5 rating bc the price to me was extremely high for the small amount of gutters that needed to be replaced. I did not go with LF for that reason, could justify spending that much money since I don’t plan on staying in this home long term. I will give 5 stars to Robert Devries though!

I also was pressured into trying to sign a contract the same day. I keep telling the salesperson that I was not going to make a decision the same day. Price went from 6700.00 to 2500.00 and keep saying nobody was making any money at the 2500.00 price which I couldn't believe. Don't like there pressuring sales tactics!!!
