Beginning to feel as though we have been scammed. We received the sales pitch and drank the kool-aid. “Superior product, guaranteed satisfaction, money back guarantee, warranty transfer, etc.”. We spent $7,000 for a system that does not work as advertised. During the first rain after installation we had rain pouring over the gutter line in multiple spots and leaks. We called for service and had to wait 2 weeks for June 16th as the service call date. I made arrangements to be home the entire day so as not to miss the technician. I am not totally satisfied with LeafFilter gutter protection. Leaf Filter states you never have to clean your gutters again. Not true as we still have to get on a ladder to clean the debris off the top of the filters. Leaf Filter will only clean it for one year, after that they want $95

So after installation of new gutters and LeafFilter Gutter Protection, I left an outstanding rating. I am now amending that rating. The installation occurred on a Tuesday. It rained on Friday and water was dripping down between the gutter and the fascia board. I called customer service and set up an appointment for the following Monday between 1 pm and 5 pm. At 4:30 on Monday I again called customer service to confirm that the technician was still coming. I was told that the technician came on Sunday at 11 am. and that he cleared debris and installed splash guards. Took gutters down. Got stopped for no permit. They removed gutters and got a stop work order, From my city for no permit. Been three weeks no gutters . Know my basement took on water from heavy down pour, and no gutters. The asshole from customer service service tells me. I can't cancel because of the contract. They have so many days before the install. What install? I had better protection before they showed up. The butt head at the 800 # pissed me off

Do not do business with this company , they tried to chrge me 12 k i got them down to 3,500 . Then the installers show up destroy my gutters and shingles on my roof , and said there products wont work with my gutters they use only subcontractors and at the end of the day i had no leif filter system , broken gutters , and missing shingles . Buyer beware.

Just had my back porch guard installed today. Tried to register for warranty but the website was not for warranty. I called only to learn that what the salesman had told me was not correct starting with plastic instead of metal; no lifetime warranty that if it clogs I would have to pay a service call after a year. I was told if I sold my house it would transfer, not so. Then the woman cut me off phone. The installer was very good. Hopefully once it rains I can see how well this product works. What good is a warranty if you have to pay a service charge every time there is a problem? There is an area where the water runs over the gutter instead of going into the gutter. The water ends up going into my air condition unit if the rain is heavy. Very disappointed with this expensive product.

Oh, how I wish I had read these comments before tossing my money out the window. You people should be ashamed, But I suspect you have no idea the meaning of the word. YOU ARE A SCAM! I saved several months to have my gutters replaced. I am 78 and still have a decent mind, but I was pressured and went for this crap. The rain does not go in the gutters but right over them so the gulley created is a few inches further out on the ground. My house is a ranch style, about 1,800 sq. ft., and I was charged over $2,600.00. Again, shame on you. I will be contacting the BBB and the Consumer Affairs Office of the State of Tennessee.

We had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed August 2020. May 2021 the tops of our gutters are packed with seeds and helicopters from the maple tree. We may not have to clean the gutters but we are going to have to go up the ladder and try and get the seeds and helicopters off the roof edge before they start rotting away. Yes, we don't have to clean the inside of the gutters but now we have to clean off the tops. Very disappointed.
