had my leaffilter screens installed on may 8th. on may 23 i had to go up and blow out the screens with an air hose to clean the pollen out of the screens because the gutter ran over. this is the worst i have been ripped-off in my life and i am 67. they did shoddy work, over- charged me, lied to me, and ignored my phone calls. this was the office on john deere drive in knoxville,TN

Do not...I repeat..DO NOT go with the Leaffilter Gutter company. This is a scam company beyond anything I have ever seen. Salesman R. Appleton comes out and starts the offer at $9,000...by the end of the conversation it was down to $3500. Why? Why would that occur unless it is a upfront scam. I feel sorry for the older generation that would fall into this money trap. If anyone is reading this comment please take it to heart...this is a sham company that is ONLY wanting to take your money and leave you with a subpar product. AVOID at all costs!

I got my system in 2016 after seeing an event I went the person they had install it was less than a professional. He had to come back three times to fix the shingles on my roof after he installed it and then immediately it start overflowing in two different places as we get caught in the corners and I kept calling the company he never came back out never looked at it all‘s over the side of the house and six holes in around my foundation where the water hits if it’s raining really hard but still nobody came out, so I got tired of calling again I seen him at an event And I told them about my problem and they said to get out my contract and the call with the contract number because I had a... I had leaf filer install their system on my existing gutters. I was told that by doing so, I had a lifetime warranty on my existing gutters and their filter. That apparently IS NOT TRUE. I had a issue after installation with a corner and they came back out and cut a piece away from my gutter and told me that should fix it but if not to call back. I did. But because of Covid they couldn't address it at that time. I finally called back as I figured "LIFETIME WARRANTY", giving them plenty of leeway to fix. Now they want me to pay to fix it. This Company doesn't honor their warranty So I Would Not Recommend them.

LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home there is some level of upkeep required. We do charge for services not outlined in your warranty. This company is a scam. After two years the product has deteriorated. Was expensive and the warranty is a Joke. There are nails driven into the existing gutter. The filter is cheap and has clogged up. The sales rep was slimey and I wished I had gone with my gut.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE THEY CANNOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, THEY DROVE NAILS THROUGH THE TIN WRAP, TRIED TO HIDE A ROTTEN BOARD WHICH THEY WERE HIRED TO REMOVE IT, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH,BUT WAS ABLE TO TELL ME THEY WANTED A CIGARETTE. THEY DID NOT BRING MATERIKAL FOR MY GARAGE I GAVE THEM THE MATERIAL THEY DROVE NAILS THROUGH THAT TOO, SOME OF THE NAILS THEY USED ACTUALLY BEND SO THEY JUST HAMMERED IT DOWN. THEY DID HANG PART OF THE BROWN GUTTER ON THE HOUSE BUT DROVE THE NAILS THROUGH MY NEW TREK DECK THAT I JUST PAID $60,000.00FOR.. In 2020 I had leafilters installed on my house...now it's March 29,2023 a storm blew in the other night and I found a 3 foot screen section laying on the ground...so I knew it came off back yard gutter section....so I contacted customer service thinking this was covered by warranty.. my thinking this is a defect from installing .not clamping in place good enough well buyers beware it's not free repairs as the salesman promised us verbally... customer service tells me I have to pay $110 for there service dept to come here to repair.....and if I do it myself it will void my warranty...really what is a no clogg warranty anyway? Avoid this at any cost. I rather suspect this problem might occur with any of the gutter guard products, but this is the one I got, based on these reviews so... Live in Michigan. 2-3 inch snowfalls are common. With this product, the snow builds up on the top of the gutter and as the snow on the roof melts, it backs up creating icicles and ice damming, the worst thing that can happen to a roof. They admit that this is the case with the product, but don't see it as a problem. I am trying to get the system removed but so far have only gotten the run around.
