I received a call from a very delightful lady named Terri Gilbertz. She was great, I agreed to purchase the hearing aids on the monthly plan. The folks that do the testing came out to my home and did the test. Super awesome and easy. I was so impressed. The tester said she would email me a copy of the contract and my test results. After that every thing started going down hill. She did not send me the results until 2 weeks later but no copy of the agreement. My billing was to start on the 15th of the month. The woman who provides the Hearing Test in The Rocky Mount, N.C. Office. 1356 Benvenue Plaza 27801 Down East Hearing Care Associates. Should not have that Position! I was told I'd receive my hearing test regardless the fact I was late due to unavoidable circumstances. They're was only one person in there!!! My hearing consultant knew the struggle I experienced to get there and find the place. This woman was very Rude telling me she was so booked up she could give me a test at the end of the day if I wanted to wait!!! I was very cordial to her. I also could tell she was lying. Just lazy! Charged my elderly mother $75 to return her hearing aids during the "absolutely risk free" offer. Aids hurt her ears, didn't help and they couldn't make app work.
I had no idea how much I was missing. The loss was so gradual that the sounds in life that makes us all feel alive had slipped away. It is amazing to regain the sounds that make you feel alive and attached again.

I was referred to a very good audiologist in my area and received a top brand of aids for less than half price of one of the top companies in the nation. I have had them for about 8 months and am enjoying them while receiving excellent care when I returned for adjustments.
Awesome and professional, all hearing tests were conducted in a booth, not like it’s competitors tests that were conducted in an open air office.
My experience with you has been horrible. In 2018 you referred me to a local audiologist for a hearing test and hearing aid fitting. The technician was not able to effectively fit and adjust the Siemens hearing aids. That's when the real problem started. I called your 800 number to request another audiologist. After 7 phone calls to you, I still do not have a name of another company to get these $4K hearing aids working properly. You tout customer service especially for veterans. You are a joke!!!
