My identity has been compromised twice in the last eight months. BOTH times, I received an "error code 300" message; I was also advised that my account was "deactivated" and no one could either provide me with an explanation or reactivate my account. Truly a terrible, terrible service.

Tried logging into account had to give all my info again still can't get in. telephone wait is outrageous. I feel I may have been comprised by just trying to sign in.

I tried to sign up for the free TrueIdentity for Transunion BUT it says they are not accepting new sign ups. So how do I lock my credit account?

got a "free" account, but it doesn't work. i emailed them, no response. i called them, and you'll be shocked to learn that they were "experiencing longer than average wait times". then they disconnected my call.

I tried to sign up with the code Ticketmaster sent me because of a data breach, I was offered this protection. However, I received an error code on their website after entering the information and code correctly, I tried a few more times without success. The website is awful. I am giving it one star because there's no option for ZERO stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service. You can literally stay on the phone for hours, speaking to one of their utterly useless representatives, going back and forth without any resolution to the issue. Their representatives are incredibly difficult to speak with and understand. This is completely unacceptable. The main issue is their Southeast Asian representatives asking for social security numbers along with more sensitive information, which is a major red flag. Do not come near this service if you wish to get any type of help after paying up.

I would have like to be a customer of True Identity, but they make it impossible to create an account. First they inform me that I have to have Chrome. Then I get get Chrome and it still tells me the activation code is invalid. Then they tell me I have to not be on a VPN. Fine - I switch to a different computer not on a VPN, and the activation code works, but then it tells me they can't confirm my identity, and I have to call their customer service line a 3rd time - they still can't fix it, and will "elevate" the issue. Now, if I'm lucky, I'll get a call back in 72 hours. 1.5 hours of messing around on browsers and switching computers, and they still can't figure out what's wrong.... Read More
