I just completed a move with Allegiance Moving and Storage. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. They let me know what to expect during the process of my move and kept me updated on my shipment until it arrived. The moving crew was outstanding at both ends. They showed up early, worked extremely hard and quickly, and made the experience a very positive one. They took great care of everything and customer service was available whenever I had a question. I highly recommended this company for your move.
Thank you Allegiance Moving and Storage for making a stressful and frantic time for me so much easier. You guys were true to your word, treated my items with such great care and delivered them to my new home in the timeframe I requested. Keep up the great work!
I called Allegiance for basic information on a move since we JUST signed a contract on our house. I was given the spiel about the company and how they compare to top tier movers. When I was not able to commit to booking a date on the spot, ( I needed to speak with my husband since this was the first call I made) I was told I was dragging my feet and "booking a move is not like ordering pizza." Unless I was willing to book right now, I was only able to get a "ball-park figure" but no information was taken about our needs...unless I was willing to book RIGHT NOW. My family and I were relocating to our forever home and things got delayed but Allegiance Moving and Storage were there to not only make the necessary adjustments but also store my items for the extra time we needed until the home was finished being built. I am so grateful for their understanding and also their quick turnaround time when we were ready for our items to be delivered. Thank you Allegiance moving and storage for making the transition easier and one less thing to worry about.
From the first phone call I received from Katie I was blown away with the amazing service of Allegiance moving and storage. They not only kept me in my budget but actually listened to my needs and what my new apartment complex requires for a move. They were able to get me picked up and delivered the same day and even though there were last minute items added they were able to adjust things so my items would be transported safely and efficiently. Allegiance Moving and Storage came through for me at the last minute when no other company would and didn't gauge my price due to the area I was moving from. They were honest and transparent. I have moved a lot and every time it's a frustrating and stressful time for myself and my family since I have to relocate so much due to being in the military but for the first time in my 14 year career with the Navy, I can honestly say that everything went smoothly. Top-notch work, reasonable price, efficient, careful and prompt are the words that come to mind when thinking about my move experience with Allegiance moving and storage. They are now my go to movers for whenever I get relocated for work which happens a lot since I am a traveling nurse. Thank you also for the respect and care that I was treated with and not just as a money sign.
There aren't many people that post reviews regarding a good experience. They typically get the amazing service and that's it. I am not one of those people. I feel that Allegiance moving and storage deserve a million thank you and appreciation for all their hard work. Not only was my coordinator Bill patient and kind and listened to what my family needed regarding our move but the whole team was available to answer all of mine and my wife's questions but they were so accommodating to what our HOA required and the timeframe we needed. Thank you again for making this move less stressful and getting our items delivered in the same way they were picked up. 5 stars for sure if not more.
I'd like to say that Allegiance Moving & Storage was simply amazing moving and packing my items. They arrived with a seasoned crew who immediately assessed my belongings and the scope of the job. Within several hours, my belongings were secured and boxed. The foreman was precise and efficient. The crew pleasant, professional and wasted no time.
