After reading review after review online, we selected Allegiance Moving. They were highly rated and offered a vast array of services from packing to vehicle transportation, and military moves. They also offered applicable discounts and are proponents for senior citizens, veterans, and civil servants, which we thought was very impressive.
I lost my job due to Covid so I have been pretty low on funds but needed to move my one bedroom to another state for a new job opportunity. I thought I was going to have to move it myself with Uhaul but Allegiance was able to get my small 1 BR apartment combined with a few other loads on the truck and it saved me ALOT of money. Thanks, Guys
They worked with me on my move date. I was in an unusual situation and honestly had no idea for when I was going to move for a date. They let me change my date around quite a few times with no additional fee for doing that. I felt like I was annoying them and I probably was but they were still friendly and understanding.
I never heard of Allegiance before but found them on a Forbes article and saw that they were highly recommended. Gave them a call and got a quote. They just picked me up and I am waiting for delivery right now but everything has been professional and gone smoothly thus far. Thanks, Team! The foreman Jerry was a pretty funny guy and had my wife and me laughing our butts off. Really made me feel great about things and less stressed.
We secured dates with Allegiance for our move that was supposed to happen in early April. We changed our dates so many times, free of charge, that each time we would call customer service, they recognized our voices immediately. Their like an extended part of the family. All kidding aside, Allegiance are true professionals & very empathetic. We highly recommend Allegiance, 10 out of 10 stars.
so far this experience has been horrible, 1 day from move and they still haven't called me. When I did call they said they do not complete inventory tell 430 eastern time the day before and still never called back. Also when I called they said it was a 2 day window on day they will pick up?! really who moves like that and was never informed of that when left the huge deposit. This almost seems like a scam, but real company just not very professional, hopefully if and when the move happens it goes without a hitch, but not feeling very comfortable, urggg
Allegiance moved about 100 church pews for my church. These benches are over 100 years old and have a very special meaning to our congregation. The benches are very heavy and made to practically stand the test of time and the guys not only respected the pews themselves but were very conscious of the fact they were in a church. These pews weigh around 100 lbs each and we are having them refurbished by a carpenter and owner of a mill. They did such a great job delivering them to the mill that we have already hired them to bring them back to the church when the job is done.
Allegiance Moving has set the bar to a new standard for moving. I have moved lots of times over the last 15 years so I know a good moving company. They were very efficient but more importantly they know that moving is extremely stressful and the customer service team was very compassionate and understanding. They seem to know all of the ins and outs of moving and gave me some great packing tips. They were super careful with everything and we'd recommend them to anyone!
My movers Ben the owner was so nice to me and my family. Yes, they did run into a glitch, they were several hours late, but they were highly professional and boxed my t.v. up for free. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess after they did the final walk through. I was moving from CO to MD and they had my stuff delivered to me in about 10 days, which wasn't too bad. They told me up front the delivery times and called me the day before to make sure I was home. Despite the little delay at the beginning I would use them again and recommend them to my family.
As far as moving companies go, we could not be happier with the services provided by Allegiance Moving and Storage. Their employees were really courteous and helpful. They arrived on time and completed the task ahead of schedule. Those who move quickly yet with a high degree of caution. Recommendation is high!
