I cannot say enough about the crew at Allegiance Moving and Storage. We had a lot of uncertainty with our closing date. They made me feel comfortable and confident with the expectation levels. these guys say what they mean and do what they say. The customer service department worked with us changing our pick up date several times, changing our list of belongings and adding an additional stop at the last minute. Overall, a good experience.
I told my friend to give you a call already! Allegiance you gave me a fantastic moving experience. I had to leave for a very important appointment and carrier didn’t mind at all, by the time I got back the truck was half loaded. They did a special pack on mu exercise bike so it wouldn’t break and I am glad they did, no damages done at all. The contents of all of my boxes, which they packed came intact. I am glad I went with Allegiance instead of all the other companies that called me a billion times.
The best decision I ever made was choosing Allegiance Moving and Storage to help with my move from GA to Oregon. I was bombarded by calls from other companies trying to "lock in my rate now and save" or "if I don't book now ill regret it", then I get a call from Bill at Allegiance. It was the most flawless and easy conversation. He listened to my concerns and took full inventory of my items. Afterwards I received a quality assurance call and they made sure that everything on my inventory list was correct. Words cannot express how thankful I am for choosing Allegiance moving and storage as my movers. They not only were transparent but kept their word since I had to put my move on hold for over 6 months. They were able to keep my original rate even though the drastic increase in gas prices and facilitated my move amazingly. I have now unpacked all my items and am slowly making my new house a home and again thankful that I chose them and their amazing team.
Allegiance has been so great and kind and AMAZING! A move for yourself is one thing but a move for my Mom, who just recently lost her Husband of 40 years is on another level all together. Bill the representative that I spoke with understood my situation. I wasn’t able to be at my Mom’s house for the initial paperwork so I ended up asking a long term friend of mine to go over to the house and do a virtual call, because of course my Mom had no clue how. Bill spent a few hours on the phone with them getting everything he needed to prepare an accurate quote. Allegiance Moving and Storage did a stellar job with packing our home and moving us. We did not get any increase in our binding estimate, there were NO hidden fee's or "incidental" charges, contrary to some reviews that are posted. Our inventory matched the foreman's inventory list, they packed the truck impeccably and put quite a bit of effort into ensuring all our belongings fit. Allegiance deserves a great review because they did a GREAT job.
I am currently using Allegiance moving and storage to help facilitate my move from NY to AZ and I am speechless with how easy they have made this move for me and my family. They were here yesterday and packed all of our items with care and were so efficient it was shocking. They even helped me load items into my personal car. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving either short distance or long distance.
The entire process was seamless! I was overwhelmed and almost disoriented with the idea of moving. Once you go online and ask for a moving quote you have about a billion calls coming in. I perchance picked up the call from Allegiance and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism. Ryan was very patient with my hysterical wife, yes I said it and hope she doesn't see this review. He was great and even gave her his personal cell phone number to text with any questions. Then as we got calls and updates from each of the departments my wife got a bit nervous again. I recently used Allegiance moving and storage to facilitate my move. I had three separate pick up and deliveries and they were able to not only do all 3 but efficiently and without any issue. All my items were picked up and delivered in the same condition and they even waited for me to get to the third pick up since I was stuck at work and didn’t charge me for the wait time. Thank you, Allegiance, for making a stressful time easier for me and my family. We are all very grateful.
I'm an elderly woman and my family and I decided it would be in everyone's best interest of I moved into an assisted living facility. Not that I was very excited about it, it made sense. My kids & grandchildren all pitched in to help me pack my belongings, have a yard sale to eliminate stuff I didn't need or want and make a little extra money and figure out where I was going and when I should go. We found a very nice place and I eventually signed a lease. I didn't have that much to move but the furniture and my precious items needed a professional moving company.
