DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As reflected by so many other's comment who were scammed by this company, they are a broker and once they get your deposit you never hear from them again. They do not return phone calls or emails. I too had to pay way more than what was quoted. They also told me to now, deal with the moving company that they sold my move to. I need to drive 12 hours to meet the delivery truck. They have had my belongings for a week and cannot give me an ETA of when it will be delivered. The said, "read your contract", they have 2 weeks to deliver from the first available delivery date. So I am supposed to drive 12 hours and sit in an empty house waiting for this subcontacted... I have to give Nationwide Moving Services all 5’s. They helped me 2 days and were awesome. They really made my days smooth and my customers were very pleased as well. I also want to mention that they finished the job and just came over and started helping us out and these guys were very impressive and they never worried about time they were just wanting to make sure my van was loaded correctly.
