We are doing a military move and this company has been a dream to work with! They’re personable, professional, and quick/efficient at packing and securing not just our important household goods - but all of them! They were thorough at labeling boxes specifically, as well. Family accurately describes them as that is how they treated us from start to finish. Their did such an amazing job! The crew were very friendly and courteous and spent several days with us. They carefully packaged our belongings and placed them into boxes and and then shrunk wrapped our furniture. We then stored our belongings in their temperature controlled storage unit until we were ready to move into our new home. The team did a such a great job moving all our boxes and furniture. We will definitely hire them again. Thanks again for everything.
If it’s possible, I won’t even give one star. This company is a fraud, they lied you with a vey cheap price at first, and led you to sign a contract through phone, and then the price goes crazy high after. The agents are terrible attitude. They refuse to talk and solve problem for you. They cannot tell you a time of the delivery day so you have to wait in an empty house with nothing.
