They insisted on remote access and beicked my computer then leaked my email onto tge dark web. 10/10 do NOT reccomend.
As others are saying here, this product doesn't work as advertised. The main application barely does anything useful at all and completely failed for it's intended purpose. You need to root the phone to get any of the images, videos screen recordings etc.
Customer service is absolutely garbage, when I asked for a refund they told me "we can't offer refunds after 14 days of the purchase. (when I had ordered 4 days earlier). All customer support responses were terse, prewritten, and not helpful.
Steer clear, they don't give you anything you want, it costs too much, and customer service is absolutely garbage.
They lie in their marketing and signup. The product DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED unless the phone is rooted. If you have a contract, it only somewhat works. And even then, its spotty at best. You can't see proper groupings, you really dont get images, videos, screen recordings, etc... It's not a good experience and only gives a small picture. And you know what? If they would have said "Requires phone rooting for refund", I would have left it alone. But they don't. They offer a money back guarantee. And guess what, they lied. SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE 10/08/2023: MSpy continues to give me the run around after I have requested a full refund over 20 times via emails. I paid $53.99. Their partial refund they gave back was $1.00. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund of $52.99. I will be reporting their company to the appropriate government fraud departments and submit a complaint that they are scamming consumers and refusing to refund fully as requested. UPDATE 10/04/2023: I have requested a refund over 10 times. No refunds have been given. They completely ignored my submitted requests. I signed up for Mspy after reading their website and it seemed like the perfect fit. Their demo made it seem like signing up for the account would allow you to see text messages and social media interactions. I paid for a subscription and linked the phone. No texts, or anything of importance synced. On chat they explained we would have to jailbreak a phone or use a third party app WHILE BEING on same wifi as the target device to see texts and other data. It does not work the way their website leads you to believe it works.
This company is the worst I've seen.. Dont get this one save your time and money. They unlink your device out of no where. GPS never worked. More than half the features dont work. You have to reach them through email... The worst
It’s a scam. You can’t monitor social networks, phone calls, text messages, etc. now I’m waiting to see if I can get a refund, but it’s not looking promising.
Please save your money they scammed me don’t be a fool like me they are a scam and a waste of money!!!!!!
