Ourpact regular was OK. Ourpact Premium was a disaster. For three months they had me loading and reloading software and changing various settings on my phone and my son's. I finally wrote them and told them that nothing worked. They finally admitted that many features of Ourpact Premium are not functional and there is no set time in the future when they will be functional. They could have told me that months ago. Furthermore, when I asked for a refund they said "no", there is no way that that can be done. I had to dispute with my credit card company and then Apple disabled my account. I had to call itunes support and they said that Ourpact was wrong to say that they could not... Read More
