It was not a big issue, but the back gate was left open. Please close it on future visits.

This comment is not directed to my lastest technician but the overall service over the past several years. I am home during each time of service and have had a variety of different techs service my exterior needs on my property. I have had spider problems, ants, and at times some rodent dropping appear. My rodent boxes seem to be empty most times and have to be refilled each time. My concern is that my service call seems less thorough each time. I remember at the beginning there used to be a thorough brush done all web formations under patio chairs, table legs, etc. They would spray chemicals via a hose reel method that would provide ample spray application. I had a yellow jacket nest inside one of my walls off the back of my house near my main entrance. Aptive was able a technician out quickly to take care of the problem. The technician, Steve, walked me through each treatment process he would be performing to protect my house. He also clearly explained the routine treatment plan and payment methods. My house is now bee free and my basement clear of any unwanted pests.

The technician Jamael Hardwick was terrible. He walk in to the house without shoe cover and carelessly make several damages to my wall with his equipment. This is the 3rd services since i sign up for the service and it did not work! I am still seeing bugs.
