Da Ron did an excellent job on 8/12. He listened to my concerns about the last service not being performed correctly or as promised. He totally rectified the problem I was concerned with and saved the service contract from being cancelled!

My wife told this guy that we have a mole problem and the boxes the previous guy had left were empty. She asked him to replace them. He said "I don't know anything about that." how does this guy not know his job. My wife found this guy so ignorant that she didn't bring up that she wanted the inside of the house treated. I want someone back out at my house to treat the inside and to replace the bait traps or I will fire Aptive! Do not send this moron back to my property.!

MY NAME IS WIMI ALEXANDER AND MY ADDRESS: 5840 E. CAMINO MANZANO, ANAHEIM HILLS, CA 92807. YESTERDAY ROBERT McCAMEY YOUR REP. WAS HERE TO DO THE FIRST QUARTERLY SERVICE. HE SPRAYED AROUND THE STUCCO OF THE HOUSE ON THE GROUND LEVEL. WHEN ASKED WHY HE DIDN'T DO THE EAVES ON THE 2ND FLOOR HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE THE LONG BRUSH WITH HIM AND THEREFORE COULDN'T DO IT. I THINK THAT'S A LAME EXCUSE.
