Keivan Colon is our weekly exterminator. He had provided great, professional, reliable service for every visit. We appreciate his focus to detail and work professionalism that we had personally request that he continue servicing our property even though his employer had made countless effort to move him from our site. To this day, we had not found someone who is a suitable replacement to Keivan. We hope that he continue to be the service technician for Village At Brookline.

Your Tech Mike Landis is an outstanding and thoroughly professional individual. You are a very fortunate company to have him in your employ. We always feel that Mr. Landis does exceptionally well in servicing our home and is always thoughtful, courteous and friendly in his demeanor. However your method of scheduling leaves much to be desired as it provides a 9 hour window which is ridiculous. When Mr Landis was able to schedule our appointments it was seemless and transparent. If you cannot guarantee better scheduling service, I may contact another firm.

Roger is easy to communicate with for scheduling service at our property and works with our front desk staff to gain access to individual dwelling units. It is also nice that "spiders" and "wasps/hornets" are a covered pest under our contract and we are not charged extra.
