Tried to sign on with Ehrlich earlier this week and ran into an automated scheduling snafu with their out-of-area office. Received a call from a supervisor, who immediately had a regional manager (George) call me. We had a visit within an hour on the Friday evening of the holiday weekend. I will still be signing up for their 365 program. Local rep Greg Nye, thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, and detailed work of removing a new ground yellow jacket nest. No apologies were necessary. We truly appreciated your work and hope to have you taking care of our property for a long time to come! Thank you both, Greg and George!

Shane Kelly is an expert and a professional at what he does. He arrives on time (if not early) to every job and takes the care to inspect every corner and surface for any rodent/pest marks or droppings. He takes the time to explain to the customer what he is doing, what traps/bait he's setting and recommendations to remediate if needed. He will follow up with you afterward to ensure what he has done has got the job done. Shane is amazing and we can not recommend him more highly!

Michael was very efficient at his job but getting a hold of the office is a nightmare their service is really bad they gave me a waiting time from eight in the morning till five at night I also have a life and things to do during that time this is a very bad idea
