They were here on time and the service was excellent. Service man was very friendly and polite. He did his work in a timely manor and was very thorough.

No one has shown in 3 months in spite of confirming messages for service. We waited again today but no one came. I have complained but am not successful. We suspect the employee is marking it for service but in actuality does not do anything.

I attempted to reach Ehrlich three times. They didn't show up for my first appointment and the person schedule for my second appointment wasn't going to show up until I called. If you actually need help make sure you call a lot otherwise they aren't showing up.

James is AMAZING! He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He addresses all concerns and issues and ensures to explain everything thoroughly. The scheduling department can be a tad problematic at times, however it has never been anything so drastic that I would look to get services from another company.
