Even one star is too much. We called in Jan 2021 and scheduled on 2/16 but got no show without notification. called again 2/16 and re-scheduled on 3/11. 3/11 got a postpone notice to 3/30. To add to the insult, this appointment was only needed because they did not do the job correctly back in Nov 2020 with their initial repair . The appliance broke down again for the same problem merely after 2 months . Sear repair customer service is terrible. No respect to customer time. No commitment to qualify or timely delivery. We would stick to this one see how long we finally will get this resolved. It now becomes an experiment for us to see how low they can go. Will not recommend using them to... Read More

Terrible! We were so happy to have the extended warranty when our fridge stopped cooling. It has now been over a month and NO end in sight. LONG wait times on the phone, repair scheduled weeks away each time. We have had FIVE repair appointments, 2 ended in failed repairs and the other 3 ended in no-shows. They won't replace until you've had them out four times but we can't get them to come out... very sad. Would NOT purchase again.

Sears is not the Sears of old, they are shady!!!! They don't honor their Master Protection Agreements. Had an appointment for 1/26/2021 between 1-5, technician never showed even after verifying the appointment via email and phone call the day of the appointment. No one knows what happened to the technician just went cold! Makes you wonder whos coming into your home! CREEPY!!!! Called customer service and complained the earliest appointment is now scheduled for 2/11/2021. been with out the dishwasher over 30 days after waiting on parts. Part arrived the 20th of January, 2021. Since I have the part will call an outside repairman and have them install it!!!!

JEAN I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A APPOINTMENT ON WEDNESDAY, BUT THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND MOVED IT TO THURSDAY AT 5:00 P.M. IT GOT TO BE 5:13 P.M. AND NO TECHNICIAN. I CALLED SEARS ONLY TO FIND OUT THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT E-MAIL ME OR CALL. THE SEARS TECHNICIAN CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND MADE IT FOR THURSDAY. I ALSO FOUND OUT SEARS IS FARMING OUT THE CALLS TO CORE TECH CORE TECHNOLOGY OUT OF FAIRFIELD N.J. THEY ARE NOT LETTING THE CUSTOMERS KNOW THIS. BUYER BEWARE.

3 years ago I bought a brand new Kenmore elite refrigerator from the Lacey Sears. this weekend, during the holiday season, it stopped working. Now, I'm strange and expect that I should get more than a year for $1,000 out of a major appliance. so I tried to schedule an appointment to be told I would have to wait until January 4th. That's stupid. This is the holidays. so I contacted customer service to speak with somebody obviously from a different country who was very unhelpful. I was told that they put me on the emergency list, which means that somebody will let me know if somebody becomes available before my appointment. DO NOT USE SEARS HOME SERVICES – My Kenmore Elite microwave oven has been broken for half a year. I have had four service visits with multiple technicians and from my experience it is clear they do not know how to repair the equipment and are simply guessing as to what the cause of the problem is. This company is only in the business of taking your money and hoping the parts they order will actually fix the problem. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY. I highly recommend you find another company with qualified technicians that actually want to fix your problem, not just roll the dice and hope for the best. BUYER BEWARE!

Sears came to repair my whirlpool dishwasher on August 21, 2020. The ordered parts which did not come in until November 15, 2020. They scheduled appointment for part installation on Nov. 30, 2020 but never showed up in the 1pm - 5 pm window and they didn't call. I had to call and reschedule for Dec. 4, 2020 between 8am - 12 pm and again they didn't show and didn't call. I called back and rescheduled for Dec. 8, 2020 and again did not show and did not call. I placed an order for a TV table at Nov 28th, I received at Dec 7th and I realized there are 16 pieces screws missing. I called Sears and they send email to seller and requested them to send missing parts. They send me 14 screws at Dec 16. After 19 days that I ordered the product, still couldn't use it because they sent me 2 screws less. There are no one responsible. Neither seller nor Sears. I will never purchase anything from Sears and Decoratika.

Worst company repair service since they sold the service to TRANSFORM HOLDCO. When our Kenmore elite side by side refrigerator stopped working it took THREE weeks before they could send someone to diagnose the problem. When the repairman came he stated he needed new parts to fix the problem -- another THREE week delay. Three weeks later the repairman arrived, installed the new parts and left saying in 6 hours all will be well. NOT SO . Another set of phone calls to the service center took a total of FIVE HOURS, (no exageration). They want me to wait and addition FOUR weeks before they can send someone out which will also need parts to be ordered and I am looking at a total of THREE... Read More

A&E appliance repair pretends to be Sears, but they say they bought this part of that retailer. To verify this I called the "local" Sears appliance repair, gave them my info and they found me in their files. Here is my opinion: A&E has the worst service imaginable! My LG 3 years old refrigerator's compressor died a month ago and I was given aan appointment of October 2 for repair. No one showed up and I called A&E to find out where my techician was and they advised me that they had no technician available today and the soonest they could get me scheduled was the October 24th.
