Claims / Customer Service needs training, they need to copy examples from other Insurance Companies. Good to go Insurance are very deceitful and dishonest. They are all criminals
DRIVERS BEWARE!! Last year, I switched to good2go trying to save money through the pandemic. What a mistake! I had nothing but problems with my policy from day one. Contracting them and making payments was nearly impossible. Their automated system and website constantly said "there is no policy with that number in our records" every time I called. When I would finally reach a rep, they would suddenly "find" my policy so I could pay them. I finally gave up after paying a payment twice online once they supposedly fixed it, (they took the money) yet them telling me they never received it. I have been calling this company now for over 2 weeks on an accident that involved one of their insured customers and no one will return the calls even though they say that they will get back to you within 24 hours. this accident happened on Aug 7 and i still cant get this company to respond. I don't know what kind of bussiness that they run but it seems pretty bad that their customer service is so sorry that you cant get anyone to return your call. i even emailed them and no response. I say take your business somewhere else . sorry customer service .

This is my 3rd time contacting them in the past 3 years and what I'll describe is every time, but this time I can't spend days getting an answer. They don't listen. When I call and tell them not to send me to my agent they still do.I wouldn't be calling if my agent could handle it .Maybe you should have more than 2 people answering calls in customer service, there can't more or wouldn't be still waiting for a call back from Tues. evening after being on hold 1/2 the day. No call back I have 2 answering systems and caller ID. It's now Friday. Who did you pay to do this survey for consumers advocate?
Called 5/1/20 to make payment was told system is down they are having there best technician working on the system problem, called again on 5/2/20 on hold over 35min, called 5/4/20 called multiple times can not make a payment over phone and can’t get threw, when calling in to speak to a Representative I have been calling scene 9:00am it 9:31am. I emailed Good2go indicating to them I was out of work because of the current pandemic and I"m in a company that is non-essential. I applied for unemployment, but not sure when I'll get it if I get it. I asked them how long I could hold onto my policy before it would be considered for termination due to non-payment and they replied: Your invoice in due on 04/18/2020 for (amount removed), however you will be given a grace period of 10-12 days from the due date to be able to make the payment before the policy cancels. Tried to call customer service because of the billing issue. They billed me double for my first monthly premium. Was on hold khabib ever pick up the phone

Pray you never get rear ended by anyone was obtains insurance from this company. I was rear ended in May of 2019. A police report was filed. The company had a claims assessor look at my car and he totaled it. Good2Go said they would pay me the totaled amount. I sent my title as instructed and a salvage company took the car a week later. Two weeks later I am still waitung for a check. The accident was FIVE months ago. In fact, I received a letter yesterday (10/10/19) stating Good2Go inexplicably still needs 45 more days to "process" the claim. I have had 3 different claims people handle my case. This company is a rip off. They vfc are very high and I paid until I found better. 4 days. They said they keeping my deposit and i owe them for 4 days.
Good2go is the worst insurance ever. Can't speak to an actual petson, ever, unless you give your number and sit and wait for an hour, 2 hours, or more for a callback. They are the most expensive, worst customer service business I have ever dealt with in my 38 years. BBB accredited?? Ha what a joke. Don't waste your time with these a holes.

This company costed me my drivers license. When I purchased another vehicle after the one I had was totaled they did not add my car into the insurance plan.. I had an accident and lost my license due to not having insurance.. Stay away from this company unless you want to lose your drivers license.!!
The worst customer service ever. No matter how long you wait on hold they never answer their phone line. They offer a call back through their answering service, but they never called me back. I called this Friday because I needed my latest insurance cards. After waiting on hold for 20 - 30 minutes, four times the phone system hung up on me. I emailed them 2x on Friday, and Saturday 2x as well. Because I needed my insurance cards in order to get my car inspected by the end of the month. I then called Sunday, and Monday and got the same treatment. I finally got my cards Thursday August 2nd one week after asking for them. As an individual who deals with insurance companies on a daily basis, this is by far the absolute WORST company to deal with. I am a lienholder who must verify coverages, track claims, request binders, etc. You will sit on hold for an hour or longer. You may get a recording stating to leave your number and they'll call you back. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won't! Very frustrating to say the least. I've been trying to settle a claim for 3 months now and cannot manage to get the adjuster or supervisor to call back. I am now contacting the Insurance Commissioner for the State of DE. This is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I was in an accident with one of their insureds on December 6, 2017. I have called the claims adjuster hundreds and hundreds of times and left voicemails. Today, January 3, 2018, I find out that said claims adjuster is no longer with the company yet still has a company voicemail stating that he is in the office today. Come to find out they have not even assigned the claim to another adjuster. Today I have called the claims manager as well as the director of claims.
