NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.

Where I live in Massachusetts, the roads get really slippery, and two weeks ago, my ABS brake system went out. I definitely could not drive on the bad roads without this, and I really needed to get to school. I called delta, and they got me a rental right away. All I had to do was pay a low deductible. My car was fixed by the end of last week, and I was back to being safe on the roads thanks to Delta!
Very unreliable company. Does not return phone calls. All they want is your money.
This company has to be the worst customer service I have encounter in my life. If anyone is thinking of purchasing an extended warranty with Delta Auto Protection DO NOT!!!!!!!!! save yourself a headache. It took me four days just to submit a claim and that's because I had to literally scream and speak to a manager in order for my claim to be submitted. Please rethink your purchase when it comes to this company do your research don't be like me.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!!!! I bought my Delta Auto Protect Diamond Premier police 1.5 years ago and have had nothing but hassles. I own a BMW 530i and shortly learned that this coverage is a joke for my car. It would be an plan for a Chevy Cavalier or Ford Escort where they are basic in all aspects as far as a vehicle goes, but not for a car that has some R&D behind them. I had a steering shaft issue on my car and when I called to get it fixed they told me that it was not covered. When you read what is covered in the policy you have to read everything very carefully. DO NOT BUY A DELTA AUTO PROTECT EXTENDED SERVICE PROGRAM !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They are extremely difficult to deal with. Most Chevrolet Dealerships in the area will not allow you to pay for repairs with their warranty due to Delta Auto Protects extremely poor reputation. Delta Auto Protect authorizes to fix the car but never pays the bill. You'll have to pay with your credit card and will never get reimbursed by Delta Auto Protect. I will be honest and straightforward about my review about Delta. I purchased a warranty for my 2015 Volkswagen Pastas from Delta. The rep was fast speaking and to the point. I had to ask him for repeating the info and he did not satisfy me with his short answers. This was frustrating as I wanted to invest in the company but the guy on phone did not seem to pay heed to my concerns. Anyhow I hung up. Worst company ever, they cancelled my extended warranty without my consent. Spent hours on the phone and no resolution. They kept saying to call them back in 2 days.
Delta Auto Protect WOULD NOT cover the part in the warranty. I was current, provided service records and asked for payment to the shop. They said they would, but several days went by. It was never paid. Now, they said they would it EVENTUALLY. It could be a week to 3 weeks. They said they pay ONLY the 15th and the 30th.
This is an outright fraudulent company with zero customer service or downright rude CS agents. My car broke down due to a timing chain issue 2 months after I bought their warranty and their inspector mysteriously classified it as a pre existing issue based on no evidence being shared with me. Numerous other complaints online are similar to mine. They told me there's no appeals or redressal process. I'm filling a small claims civil suit. Do not buy this worthless warranty.
I purchased a diamond plus plan 1 year ago , and so far i am quite satisfied with the deal . the one thing i want to delta improve is the coverage for the corrosion , the rental car reimbursement is also a little low , but they ttook good care of the claim when ever i have .. recommended
