HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?!?? RESEARCH THEM ON BBB WEBSITE THEY HAVE A D+ RATING. YOU ORDER FLOWERS AND THEY DO NOT DELIVER THEM! THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU UNTIL YOU CONTACT THEM AND REPEATEDLY ASK FOR A REFUND AND EVEN THEN THEY GIVE YOU EXCUSES ABOUT WHY THEY CAN'T REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT AND WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR PROVIDING ZERO SERVICE OR FLOWERS.

Emailed ONE HOUR before scheduled delivery time at a funeral viewing to let us know no one showed up to work that day to make our arrangement, after confirming the details 5 days prior. We had no idea until the next day that our loved ones didn't receive our sympathy bouquet since Avas Flowers did not bother calling. And at that point it was far too late to arrange a replacement anyway--terrible customer service, embarrassed us terribly, will never use again and will spread the word about their failure.

I'm really disappointed. I ordered flowers for my friend in Colorado (I'm in Texas). I searched for a local florist thinking it would be easier and faster. I paid for the flowers, and used a coupon code for free shipping (thinking this was the delivery fee). I was not made aware of the service fee until AFTER I checked out. It was an extra $25! I also selected this company because it said same day delivery as an option. SO thinking the service fee was for the same day delivery, I accept it. On my receipt (which was emailed after I placed the order), it promised next day. I get a call from them on the next day (today) and they said they cannot fulfill my order, but here is a $10 (15%)... I ordered flowers for a funeral in Powhatan on September 13th to be delivered September 14th, this has been a colossal screw up, they called and promised the flowers would be delivered to the funeral home in time. Received a phone call where the Avas agent said they could not deliver, truly unbelievable just an hour before the funeral service is to begin. Hope this company rots in HELL

HORRIBLE! This company SUCKS!!! Do NOT use. I ordered for Saturday delivery, and it's Tuesday and my daughter has still not received her flowers. I have spoken to them everyday, and they keep giving me the run around. I wished I would have looked at the reviews before I used them. THIS IS ARGUABLY THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH IN MY 65+ YEARS ON THE PLANET!!!!!! TOO BAD IT IS NOT POSSIBLE GIVE GIVE A MINUS STAR RATING BECAUSE COMPANY HAS EARNED IT!!!!!

Very dissatisfied. Ordered a blooming flower basket for a funeral. First order was NOT delivered for funeral. Then after I was notified that the basket I ordered was not available! They offered only 2 substitutions, neither which was anywhere close to what I ordered nor were baskets! I was told there were only the 2 product available as substitutions! Yet website shows several basket arrangements available still. I was told product would be upgraded but was already told basket arrangement would be upgraded because it was not delivered for the funeral. I was not happy with the 2 substitutions available at all. HORRIBLE! Do NOT use. I ordered for Saturday delivery, and it's Tuesday and my daughter has still not received her flowers. I have spoken to them everyday, and they keep giving me the run around. I wished I would have looked at the reviews before I used them.... She just received the flowers. They didn't send the original order that I requested and replaced them with two dozen red roses.(not really appropriate for a new baby arrangement-especially since I'm not the father). Just terrible service....I did however get them to discount my order by 30%.

Worst ever!!! You only talk to a phone service. Flowers looked like they were taken out of the garbage. Took 3 days to deliver. Spent too much time with their phone service. Worst ever!!

***BEWARE OF AVA'S FLOWERS IN ZACHARY, LA*** I called Ava's florist in Zachary, La., on Aug. 02 at 10:00am and had them guarantee the order I placed online earlier would be delivered by 2:00pm since I paid rush fee and they agreed to the specific details for flower types I noted. I stated no roses since she doesn't like roses. About 1:15 I received an email stating my order couldn't be delivered by 2:00 and would be delivered next day. What? I ordered a funeral flower arrangement on Wednesday to be delivered to the funeral home on Friday since the burial service was Saturday morning. Ava's called on the following Tuesday to tell me they were unable to fill my order. Almost one week after the flowers were ordered and 4 days after the burial service. I called back to speak to customer service and the agent was rude stating they had refunded my money. When I explained that it wasn't about the money but rather that they called too late for me to place an order with someone else for the flowers to be delivered on time. Poor service all the way around. I will not order from them again.
