They are a total scam. Took $130 from me for luxury tulips and sent a tiny vase with some red roses. Told me it was impossible to re-send them. Refused to help me figure out a solution. Have now spent 10 hours trying to resolve

Do not use them Crawfordsville, In I ordered a flower bouquet and fruit basket They called 4 times to confirm order they delivered 2 flower bouquet (One very small) and NO Fruit basket

THEY WERE HORRIBLE! The failed to deliver flowers to the viewing or funeral. When the purchaser called, instead of a refund, they argued with her for over an hour during the viewing and right before the funeral of her sister. It caused great emotional stress. They were rude and even tried to charge her a fee to cancel the order AFTER they failed to get any flowers there.

Absolutely awful. NO stars. Do not use them. They messed up my order twice !! Then, they won't answer the phone. There is no one to make things right, because they don't care about making things right. DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS There are plenty of other florists who do care... Even one star is too much..

NEVER USE AVA'S FLOWERS. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered for my daughters bday a floral arrangement costing $65 and added a green vase for $15 plus 3 mylars and 2 latex balloons all totaling to about $100. I called after I did my purchase online to request that the delvery be made at 3p or after because that is when she arrives for work. The delivery was made before 8a. NONE of the additional items I paid for was delivered. AND the flowers were not at all how they described. I was so excited about this purchase and its turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. NEVER BUY FROM Ava's Flowers. THE WORST EXPEREINCE EVER! Michelle B

I wish I could give this business a worse review. I made a purchase 2 days prior to scheduled delivery. I paid an extra $9.99 to assure that the delivery would occur on time and was scheduled for delivery at 2pm. When no delivery occurred by 3 pm I called. The national site was unable to reach the local florist and I was told I would receive contact from them. I was unable to leave the house to collect other items for my wife's birthday as I was waiting for delivery. I called twice between 3 and 4 pm with no information given as they were unable to reach the local florist. I then received a text stating that delivery had occurred at 4:15pm. I wish I could attach a picture. My wife received an arrangement, orchids. However, upon delivery they were dead, three of the flowers had fallen off the the remaining were in horrible condition. I tried to reach out via their phone line but they run you through an array of useless menus because when you actually get to a representative they have no idea what you are calling about. After spending hours trying to speak with someone, they finally told me that the buyer had to call so they could fix the issue. Don't use them - will tell you the flowers will be there on a day and not show then offer you a $15 credit. Like you would want to use the again. If you can't deliver when you take the order then credit the insane fee you charge...

NEVER USE this company! They advertise that they are a 30-year local company in Boulder.....they are NOT! They claimed to have attempted delivery on my friend's birthday.....according to footage from front door security....they did NOT. They promised to deliver following day (after nearly 30 minutes on the phone). Never happened. Who are these people????? Who cannot deliver flowers within 48 hours of a request????? I canceled the order the 3rd day and requested a refund....they said they have processed refund....haven't seen it yet.

I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend Ava's Flowers; I underwent the WORST experience ever ordering flowers. Sadly, I ordered flowers for the death of a good friend's loved one - the order arrived LATE, actually after the funeral. I was lied to about the status & delivery of the flowers, transferred to at least 8 different agents, and they even screwed up what flowers I ordered. The agents could barely speak English and could not give a reliable/correct response to when they would be delivered. Ava's preaches they are a "family owned business" but in reality they are nothing more than a middleman. I will NEVER order flowers from them again and will ensure everyone I know won't either...
