They have an F rating with the better business bureau. I had to resort to that to get the $80.00 that’s they charged me for an arrangement THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I should have read the reviews! Learn from my mistake DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I ordered flowers from this place on Tuesday March 2 for delivery to a funeral on March 4th in another state. I was told that the flowers would be delivered to the church BEFORE the funeral started at 10 am. I went over the delivery instruction with the clerk several times. Today, I was notified that the flowers were delivered at 2 pm! The funeral was long over! The family had left the church thinking that we did not even care enough to send flowers! The church had to call the family and let them know to return to the church to pick up their flowers! They were too upset to pick up the flowers! Terrible service. Do not use. I ordered the "sun, moon, and stars" arrangement that in the pictures is striking with white irises, blue alstromeria, and yellow roses. Received a day late with a small arrangement, about half the size, mostly white carnations and a few pink roses. Paid a premium to get to my sister ON her birthday. Not at all what was promised or when promised. Customer service was terrible as well. A very long time on hold and no resolution. They just said they "made a substitution". Say what? You think you can determine what an appropriate substitution is without asking the paying customer? Stay away.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I will NEVER use Ava's again - they failed completely and for a FUNERAL of all things. They promised an upgrade, they promised delivery by 3/1 - and as of today - they could not even find my order. Then they want to give me a $40 refund. . . . for an arrangement that cost me $100 and was NEVER delivered!!! After 50 minutes on the phone trying to get status - they said I get a full refund and $40 arrived. These people are a MESS - do NOT waste your time.

My boyfriend lives in Ohio and I am in Florida. He ordered the Peace Lily live plant last Thursday and it took six days to arrive. The plant leaves are spotted and yellow and falling out. I fear aphids. I have it outside to get sun and air but fear it will not survive. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!

This company engages is illegal and fraudulent criminal activity. They will lie and deceive you as well. Do not be fooled by their statement of being in business for 30 years and being a family owned business. I spent over 8 hours trying to get my money back that they stole. The Manager acknowledged that they (Avis Flowers) engaged in illegal and fraudulent criminal activity. You will be hung up on, placed on long hold period (1 hour +) ultimately to get hung up on. This is a sham of a company and I would highly encourage you to conduct business with a more reputable company.

nope, never again. I believe this is a order taking boiler room and they don't actually have a shop. Their website indicated that they were in the town I was looking to have flowers deliver when actually it is not. Flowers were not delivered and I cannot speak with anyone. the website and phone prompts are just a waste of time that lead you in cirlcles and never actually get to state your issue. I will be contacting my credit card company instead for help with this non-delivery issue

Worst Florist possible. Flowers never showed up for Valentines Day and took hours of effort to actually contact a person. I was offered a discount on the flowers that never showed up. Then they offered to deliver the flowers in a few days???? WTF. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. BEWARE!!!!

Not happy with Ava’s Flowers delivery at all. Very poor experience. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to her dorm at college at 3:30pm. Despite assurances it would be delivered timely and that his girlfriend would be called on her cell when the delivery person arrived or my son would called if they could not reach her, the delivery never came and no calls were ever received. They promised it would be delivered and they did not deliver. That is the first business that made me cry - the flowers were not delivered on the day promised - the bouquet was delivered next morning early and the delivery person (lazy or dumb ??? ) didn't announce his arrival ( though three residents were present at home) / didn't call on the phone - but dumped the flowers at the door at freezing temperatures in Vermont - so the recipient got dead flowers - the worst part is that the company is hiding behind a complicated algorithm on their site - there is no phone number to reach them and no way to communicate by messages. Super frustrating and offending ...
