I do not know where to start….. What I would say to start is the following: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. There staff lies to you left and right to they are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE! This is one of my worst experience I had with what we call a Company that provides services….. AGAIN PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY! Okay I stand corrected. The flowers were delivered to my aunt. The communication with this company is poor. When I checked today they said the flowers were still not delivered by when I spoke with my aunt today, she had received them. They didn’t update their website.

This company is terrible to deal with. Ordered flowers on Dec. 20 for delivery on the 21st. Got N email on the 22nd telling me that my selection was no longer available and choose from this email. It had nothing in the email. It too 20 minutes to get they the robomenu to call Andy get a human and when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me. I called again and got another human who told me the order was in process and couldn’t be canceled. I asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes she got back on the phone and told me she’d call me back because her manager was working something out. Of course I never heard from them. Super disappointed with the low quality service that this company proved. Out of pure frustration (on my part) I accepted their lousy $20 refund for a two-day late delivery of flowers AFTER my mother's birthday. Meanwhile I found a local florist who got the job done. So Mom got two sets of flowers. This is a crummy company and I don't have time to fight with them anymore - keep the money, I don't care anymore - hopefully this review saves someone else the frustration that I've been through with these people.

Florida location Delivery was due Wed. before Thanksgiving. It was not received. I called. Delivery was made on Thursday. Flowers were brown and dead. No water in the arrangement. It was evident that the flowers were sitting in a hot vehicle for 24 hours. I called on Friday to complain. I was offered a $15 credit to the florist because I didn't call within 24 hours. WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVER with a Florist. It was embarrassing. I originally chose Ava's because it was within a few miles of the recipients' home. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

ordered flowers to be delivered in 2 days. Had to call back as they had problems with billing address ...funny since my credit card was already billed. Then flowers never delivered...had to call again to be put on hold for 45 minutes while they call local florist. After 45 min someone else came back on the phone and asked to assist....starting over. Cancelled my order and my refund/credit will probably be messed up too! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HASSLES!

I ordered for the first time this week. I was representing my company. An employee had a death in the family. The difficulty started right away. The calls are definitely being routed to India. Although I have no specific bias against this country, the communication suffered. "Vickie" got my 3 lines of text for the card wrong 3 times. Then I was asked for my email address for the order details. I was told the flowers/plant would be delivered within "2 or 3 hours". 6 hours later, I had no email, so I called in again. Buyer Beware!! Check out the BBB rating on Avas before you buy from them. Wish I had. Easily the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. Her birthday is in December, so I purposefully ordered a LARGE arrangement in a clear glass vase comprised of purple and pink flowers, distinctly non-Christmas colors. The order came in just under $100. I scheduled delivery on a Monday afternoon after 2pm because my parents were out of town for the weekend. Extraordinary service! I've ordered the same-day delivery on the phone and was given different options to substitute what I saw on their website. I was very hesitant because of very bad experiences with other shops. Everything went smoothly and the basket was delivered just as I was promised. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement and it made their day! Definitely will use them again for my next delivery. Thank you Avas Flowers!

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITH THIS SERVICE!! After 8 emails I sent, I was told someone from Customer Service Staff would contact me via phone and a customer ticket was initiated. NO ONE ever called and of course by the end of the day, they delivered the flowers which I cancelled 8 times via email. CUSTOMERS be aware - SCAM and their service is expensive, they charged me 50% for their 'LACK" of service and I had to pay delivery cost as well.!
