DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers last weekend and they promised Sunday delivery until they had my credit card info. Then they started hedging, but still would not say that they could not deliver on Sunday. They promised Monday morning at the very latest, but on Friday, I got notice to contact them. Needless to say, they had not delivered the flowers, and on that call (3 tries -- 20" on hold until I finally got through on the 3rd try), they offered to deliver on Tuesday. 10 DAYS LATE! For special occasion flowers! They did absolutely nothing to make it right, and cut out the line when I asked them to reverse the charges.

Giving them a negative rating....Definitely don't order from Avas Flowers if you want same day delivery as promised. Ordered a birthday arrangement that I paid $120+ (ripoff!) and after a messed up order, a phone call guaranteeing delivery next day & correcting the order, I received a phone call on scheduled delivery day and they don't have the arrangement and were going to substitute another arrangement but they couldn't deliver until tomorrow. 2 days to get Crappy service but only positive is they do have nice customer service people.

I would have to give Avas flowers a negative review. I ordered flowers for my friend to be delivered to the hospital. She never received them. They said they would look into it. I received a voice mail stating they were delivered even though I stated she never got them. No flowers and I am out a lot of money.

Our anniversary was October 1st and I ordered flowers the morning of 9-30-20 to be delivered to my wife at her work.. Website said they would be delivered no problem. Get email on the 1st at 1:30 saying to please call them. Called and was told the driver couldn't deliver them. When I asked the representative why, he wouldn't or couldn't give me an answer. He said they would deliver the next day. Told him this was unacceptable, That our anniversary is today not tomorrow. Said he would upgrade the order and call my wife what happened....He never called. I was just about to place an order but was shocked by the sneaky billing. The website has 2 coupons. I used one to get free delivery which was $9.99. I proceeded to check out and see that $19.95 special handling fee has now been added. The explanation covers lots of different reasons so it's very vague as to which applies. I had selected same day delivery since there was nothing to advise of that being an upcharge. I decided to go back and change the date to see if that would remove the $19.95. Terrible! Ordered flowers in low rectangular box- specified NOT a vase. Ordered specific flowers in purples, pinks, and blues. They delivered orange Lilly with red and pink roses I glass vase. Charged extra $10 for a bow and regular card but did not include either in delivery. Kim, who took the order was rude.

Subject: ORDER # 7400756 I placed a specialty flower order with Avas Flowers 9/4/2020. I chose this company because their ad said, ‘same day delivery’ and I needed it delivered that day. After placing the order, I was told the florist was too busy for a delivery to go out that day, but it would go out the following morning. I agreed but when it wasn’t delivered by noon the following day, 9/5/2020, I called to follow up on the status of the order and was told they were waiting for the delivery driver to return. Jokes on me for trusting in Avas flowers! I question any florist willing to partner with these con artists. They substituted my bundle for a small, though I ordered a medium. I received a $20.00 store credit as a solution to the dismal delivery I paid $60.00 for. Nothing at all like the image “as shown” but it had similar flowers so they said it must be OK. Atrocious value and false advertising, no refunds, just bad business entirely.

Flowers where delivered at 9:35PM, which ruined the special day since everyone was in bed. Contacted the company and had terrible customer service. Took forever to actually talk to a representative, and provided zero assistance. Refused to refund money, ruined my day….never again! (If the company actually cares … Order #7350564).
