They are terrible I ordered flowers on 11/18/20 and a fruit basket at 10:00 am last order time for same day delivery is 2:00 pm. I received an order confirmation they would be delivered by 7 pm that day, they were never delivered the order. I called them on 11/19/20 the next day and asked that they cancel my order, at 10:30 am they still did not have the order ready for delivery. Then they tell me that they have processed my credit and when I asked for a confirmation number they put me on hold and then they come back to ask if they can save the order, and only the supervisor can issue a credit. What a joke! I placed an order for a beautiful arrangement to be delivered yesterday. The lady I spoke to said she would call a local florist. The I got an email with a UPS tracking number. Next I got an email telling me there would be a substitution. Then more emails with updates referring me to links on their website that didn’t work. I sent an email this morning complaining, and 10 hours later still no response. The flowers were delivered today with no vase and were ugly. They were the same type of bouquet I could have bought at Walmart for $15. Needless to say, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this company.

I ordered a spray of flowers for a funeral it wasn’t what I asked for. I had it customized so that I would get what I want needless to say I spent well over $200 it was unhappy. I would recommend not to Order from here. Renee

After being jerked arounf for six days, and receiving emails and texts with various excuses why my order was not delivered, I received an email on 11/05 indicating that they did not have the "correct blooms" and that an alternate arrancement would be delivered today's date. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF COVID 19 or ANY previous attempot to deliver anything to the intended recipient. When I call to cancel the order, I;m toild by Miguel that the order had been attempted delivery ywo or three days ago but that the hoospital would not accept it. Ava;s flowers NEVER mentioned this excuse. After requesting that this order be cancelled, I was transferred and placed on hold a minimum of four times,... Read More

Please read the REVIEWS! Today was a very important day in my Mother's life. She turned 60! I called in the morning to order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to her at work. I was assured they would be delivered by the time she left work at 2pm. TWO different people confirmed the order would be delivered on time. The cost of the flowers was $40 and I was charged $76, they told me this price included the rush charge. I called my mother's work at 2:45pm and they had just been delivered but my mother had already left at 2pm. I called Avas Flowers for a refund and was refused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers on a Wednesday for a funeral service on Sunday (delivery for Saturday). I received a phone call literally every single day asking if designer's choice would work for my selection. I told them I did not care as long as it was pretty and on time. Not one time in those 4 calls did they ever suggest the order might not be filled. Until the day it was to be delivered. They called and wanted an alternate delivery address as the order would not be ready and they would deliver next week. To a FUNERAL. I recently ordered flowers from another florist who transferred the order to Ava's Flowers. Ava's was quick to charge my credit card but did not set up an order or send a confirmation. I called to discuss the charges and after a long wait then a long discussion; I was told to just contact my bank and dispute the charge. I politely asked to speak with a manager who could help---the customer "dis-service" rep hung up on me. No way to challenge the charge with them without an order number. Steer clear of Ava's Flowers---definitely not customer service friendly!

The flowers I received for my wife were awful. They were half dead, sad and pathetic. I ordered the Luxury size (largest size) for the fall arrangement so I paid top dollar. What we received was a supermarket bouquet of flowers that were old and terrible for a professional florist. They can keep their $15 credit on another flower order as I will NEVER order from this place again. Good luck if you have placed an order with them.
