They tell you, and their commercials depict, that "professional installers" will be out to do the work. This could not be further from the truth. A crew of 4 showed up in a random truck with their own ladders and tools. No way were these guys "professional installers". Only one of them spoke English (the foreman), who quickly left the property after supposedly telling the other guys what to do and never showed up again until the next day to "check for debris". Customer service is totally non-existent! We had a 65 foot section done. The quote was $2,960.00 or over $45.00 a foot! A just about fell off my chair. The sales guy came in with all kinds of books and samples and everything but the kitchen sink. I knew I was in for a huge sales pitch. I told him to stop that he was wasting his time. After 3 or 4 futile attempts to carry on, he got the message. He left the house and about 10 minutes later he told me he was in my driveway and that he talked to his boss. Buyer Beware We had the LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed. First of all the "window" for installation was 12 to 4. Okay. Installer called at 3:30 saying he would be to our house in about an hour. Okay. He showed up at 5:20pm. He was very nice and started right away. No problem. After he was done at 6:45 he said the office schedules large jobs at the beginning of the day and the smaller jobs at the end of the day. May I suggest to the people who do the scheduling that they switch this around. Have the small jobs at the beginning of the day and the large ones for the whole rest of the day. This is the worst company and product I have ever dealt. My system was installed 1.6 months ago and I was assured I would not have to climb a ladder and clean ever again. I am 70 years old but have had to clean them, on a ladder, every month. A technician was sent here to resolve the problem but, found dirt in the system and agreed they were not working. That was on August 11, I have telephoned daily asking for someone to talk with and I am only promised a call back. 5 weeks I have been waiting for a call back. This is the worst company that I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sold me Leaffilter when my roof could not use this particular type of gutter. It's been several months and I still cannot get a refund.
They honestly don't know what they're doing except stealing your money!

Rip-Off. After installation water flooding in back door. Told us to call a roofer. No leaks before installation and service dep. will NOT follow through.

Worst company ever! Salesman lied to us. Installation was shoddy and had to be redone. Clean up was poorly done leaving 25+ screws in my driveway. Appointment times were not kept punctually. We had to have them come back over and over. Contacted home office and received a standard reply that someone would contact us. Never heard back. Would highly recommend you stay away from this highly overpriced company, Leaf Filter Gutter Protection.

We just had the Leaf Filter system up. I was very impressed with the product samples and our installer, Dereck Jackson. Dereck was fast on the installation process, very respectful and nice. It hasn't rained yet so we will find out how they work when the rain washes the pine needles down. All in all, I totally think it will work great once I saw the demo. I think it will make our lives much easier!!!! Thank you!!

I just had LeafFilter installed. When the installer came he advised that he could not reached a certain area of my home, so therefore he will not put the product in that area . My question is the why did the guy that took the measurement said that he can do it? After the installation, the deck and our lawn was left filthy. We reach out to LeafFilter and was advised that the local office in our area will reach out to us and no one never did. I have photographs and I can't believe that a company like LeafFilter would have their employees leave customer's home is such disarray.

We had the LeafFilter system installed because our gutters filled with spinners/helicopter pods from maple trees each spring/summer. LeafFilter featured in its promotional material that it “...keeps Maples spinners out.” Well, our LeafFilter covers did not. Instead, the spinners lay atop the covers and stayed there. After several calls with no return calls, a service person came to our home on May 28th and cleaned off the pods. He said the gutters needed to be pitched more and that the service department would be in touch with me to schedule the work.
