I have been trying to change my medical group number for two days now. BCBS has the worst customer service ever totally frustrated with its service. This afternoon I was verified a total of 10 times and still was not able to get my services changed. I then tried going online and the first 4 attempts I received a message saying the site is down try again later, I tried again and was able to log in went through different screens answering questions only to get to the final question required me to choose between two answers that had nothing to do with needing to change group number I received the message SORRY WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR GROUP NUMBER PLEASE CALL US AT OUR TOLL FREE NUMBER, only... I had a very general question about switching from their ins to Medicare. The rep who took my info. barely spoke English. She transferred me.... I was on hold for 20 minutes, and the digital operator ANNOUNCED that they were going to hang up on me, and they did just that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WORSE THAN AT&T

PLEASE, DO A FAVOR FOR YOU AND YOUR HEALTH. DO NOT ENROLL ON THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. IT IS THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD. CAN I DO 0 STARS? I pay it an expensive amount, and outrageous copays. If he service was good I would not complain but I'm trying to get an MRI done for 4 months, 4 MONTHS, and they keep denying it. I did everything I could, my knee still swollen and painful, and can barely walk and work. They keep me denying it saying they always need something else, now they asked me to go to the physiotherapist, but how I go to the physiotherapist if I do not know the issue, I'm going there to spend my money for something I DO NOT KNOW THE REAL ISSUE? IF I'M ASKING FOR AN MRI IS... Read More

This is the horrible insurance. The strict networking and Nobody from insurance company informed about who was out of network of lab and imagining tests or it is the strict networking. I went to the new PCP who prescribed blood tests and imagining for the annual check ups. Cost supposed to be covered. The blood tests were done by the PCP office and they sent the blood test samples to the outside lab without letting me know which lab was sent to. Imagine office did not inform that they were out of the network. A few months later, I received the charge of $1950 for blood tests and $1330 for imagining tests. I appealed to the Blue Cross Blue Shield x3 times but all denied because of out of... Read More
