Eargo hearing aids help wearers process and understand speech more clearly, amplifying mid and high auditory frequencies. The company's products were designed by an ENT surgeon with more than thirty years' experience in the field with thousands of patients. Products were subsequently tested by audiologists and hearing professionals before being put into production. Since wearers generally need time to readjust to the hearing audio frequencies they may have missed for years--similar to how eyes adjust to glasses or contacts--Eargo has built a team of licensed personal hearing professionals to help each client through this process.

Eargo devices are extremely discreet. They're so invisible, you truly have to look very closely to see the tiny black end of their hearing aids. Eargo is also very attentive to comfort. Their patented Flexis, made from medical-grade silicone, help their devices rest comfortably in the ear and allows natural, ambient-lost frequencies to pass through into the eardrum.

Every Eargo customer is assigned a licensed hearing professional for assistance after receiving the device. Customers are then able to book an introductory call and subsequent support calls as needed until they feel comfortable using the device. Eargo offers two types of warranties that come standard with its products. There is a 12 or 24-month manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This will be void if the wearer modifies or damages the unit(s). Eargo also includes an uncommon loss & damage warranty which will cover devices that are lost or damaged beyond repair. In such cases, the company will send you replacements at a discounted rate.

If you have hearing trouble, these hearing aids are fantastic. Rechargeable, fit totally inside ear canal, multiple programs for different situations and comfortable. Recommend you consider these over the multitude of others available out there.

As a new owner,I was very hesitant to try...after being able to answer my wife without her having to repeat, being able to hear everyone involved during my morning meeting with my staff...Tv volume lower...hearing the clicking of my turn indicator in my car...without the wife or kids reminding me that it's on....is priceless.....I would definitely recommend EARGO.....

Don't buy Eargo hearing aids because they donot last . I paid over 2000 plus dollars for the hearing aids and my right ear hearing aid stopped working . I call Eargo and they trouble shoot the hearing aid and nothing worked . They told me that they were out warranty and I could get a replacement for 290.00 dollars. They lasted for a little over a years. It's no telling how long the other one will work. Bob Quiroz

Nothing but trouble. The people are all very nice. Not always responsive, but very nice. The first set of Eargos worked just OK, not great, for a few weeks. They provided very little amplification and nothing close to the clarity I was hoping for at $2350. In most conversations I could distinguish very few words from female voices or anyone with an accent. I went through several phone adjustment with customer service, but never satisfactory results. I always though/hoped the next adjustment would be the one, but the adjustments offered little, if any, improvement. After a couple of months one device failed. It was exchanged. I have worn hearing aids for many years. When I first received the EARGO hearing aids and used them for a few months I was VERY pleased. Then the trouble started, first one aid stopped working then another, then another etc. I am now on my fourth replacement. I do not normally write reviews or complaints but now I feel that EARGO has left me no choice. To be fair, the customer service folks are very polite and friendly, but that's it. Trying to get to a person on the phone is a major problem: Firstly: You always receive a voice message stating that "We are experiencing high volumes. Great product. These devices had an immediate impact...truly plug in and go. I can hear my wife 90% of the time now. it has been years since I can say that. (the other 10% is what I still choose to ignore). There was very little learning curve. I read the guides and watched the videos and was up and running. Just had my follow up with the audiologist. Eargo makes you feel like you're not out there all by yourself.

I was skeptical at first about hearing aids from the internet but I talked to a friend that had eargo and I didn’t know he had them. He really liked them. So I am on my second set of high price hearing aids in 14 years and the last set needed fixing and this big box company wanted 750 dollars to fix them or sell me new ones for 7000 dollars. Well I am not going to pay that much So I called eargo and very glad I did. They work great the service is great
