Lemonade partners with Notion, a home security company founded in 2013 and acquired by Comcast, the telecommunications giant, in 2020.

The Notion Smart Starter Kit provides monitoring for opening doors and windows, sounding smoke/CO alarms, water leaks, and temperature changes. Systems are simple to self-install. Peel-and stick sensors can be set up in under 15 minutes.

Starter kits are available in three sizes. The Notion eight-sensor kit includes one bridge and two magnet accessories in addition to eight sensors. The five-sensor kit comes with five sensors, one bridge, and two magnet accessories. Notion's three-sensor kit comes with three sensors, one bridge and one magnet accessory.

For homeowners who receive the Notion home security system free with their Lemonade homeowners insurance policy, this represents a value between $299 and $149.
