The leaking garbage disposal was promptly replaced by your technician on 7/19/24 with a new disposal. The technician leaved no documentation for the repairs he performed nor the warranty for the new disposal. I paid $75 for this visit. Now, less than two months later the same problem occurred and the leakage resumed under the sink. I have requested a new repair. Am I still responsible for the $75 fee?
Fast response and assignment of repair people are prompt. The technicians assigned to fix our two repair issues are very friendly, nice and honest.
The technician diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in under .50 hour. However, I noticed that he is located in Tampa which is a significant distance from Fort Myers. Are there no technicians in the Fort Myers Area?

Unreal service! As a first time home buyer, to have Choice Home Warranty come in with a repair man and fixed the issue. Quick, easy, bing-bang-bong, no time wasted at all. I was skeptical at first, but now, 100% all in!
The old expression..."you get what you pay for"... could not be more accurate than when you buy a policy with this company. Their warranty policies and service call charges are the lowest out there for good reason.
The language in their contracts is written in such a way that they will find any and every reason possible to deny your claims when you reasonably believe you have repairs that should be covered under their home warranty policy.
Run...don't walk...away from purchasing a policy with this company.
The technician was very considerate and professional. He knew what to do and completed the project in a timely manner once he had the correct part. He fixed the old microwave without having to take it out of it's position above the stove. Had I not had the Choice Home 'warranty policy, I would have taken the microwave out and purchased a new one before trying to install it. I did that once many years ago, and I do not have the strength to do that now. The policy is good for us old people.
The technician came out and determined the issue and left stating they would order the parts - subsequently there was not response for 2 days until a letter came stating no work would be done as my machine was under warranty. a brief mention of that by the tech would have been nice or a quick text.
When opening up a contract with Choice Warrenty the representative was very precise and knowledgeable about their service. It was an easy application and took no time at all to get done.

The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
