Talk about no service! I been a member for years (sorry don't have the exact time) and no issues with their reservation BUT check this out - I booked a future reservation for a Super 8 in San Luis Obispo. By accident, I just discovered that hotel is no longer a Super 8 which translates to no longer part of Wyndham. And I was never notified by Wyndham of such a change! Can you imagine I show up to that hotel property on the date of the original booking and seeing a different hotel name plus being informed of the ownership change AND the reservation was voided!? That makes me mad...so at this point, I better check all of the other future Wyndham reservations periodically. I did email... Read More

Every time I book a Wyndham hotel I never get the points. There is nothing that indicates I must book it through the wyndham website......Looks like I will be staying at Marriott from now on.....Their reward program is awesome!!!!

I am trying to get my rewards for Planet Hollywoodw hen I stayed back in June since they are a partner. I've called and emailed about 10 times and they keep telling me I booked through a third party. I booked directly with the hotel which is not a third party! I've sent my receipt numerous times also and nothing is done.

No where did i ever see that you had to use specific sites to actually obtain credit points for your stay. After two days of calling the rewards center i was told that my stay at a Days Inn would not be credited because the reservation was put through on priceline.

Only recently joined and I was hoping this would be the rewards program I would use the most but after my first booking I am considering cancelling my membership and closing the Visa rewards card. First of all they promised me $50 off my booking if I signed up for the Barclay's Wyndham Rewards Visa card, which I did and was instantly approved, yet they charged me full price for the booking. I then spent almost two hours on the phone ping-ponging between whatever "customer support" agent they passed me to in India and got no answers. I don't need this kind of aggravation. And the place I stayed for my first booking was a motel no one should have to spend the night in. If this is the type of... Read More

Please be aware that Wyndham has restrictions on getting points. We stayed at a Days Inn in Florence Ky, where we booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. We used Booking.com as the hotel website was not working properly. We did not get our points even though we paid the same rate for the rooms. We have started traveling a fair amount with groups as we are part of a church program. We will try to avoid Wyndham properties from now on. Very frustrating to pay the same rates and go to a different site because we couldn't get the reservation site to work and still lose the points for 12 nights of stay combined. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I am disgusted and disturbed by how my personal information was compromised through Wyndham Rewards. An inactive member since 2015, my information was hacked through their system and used to impersonate me and book hotel reservations. When I called I was juggled around by each customer care and Wyndham Rewards representative and told that it was probably a "family member" of mine that made these reservations- half way across the United States. Our personal information is NOT safe with this company and I will ENSURE that this is made CLEAR. Do not trust this program it is nothing but shady and up to no good!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have encounter. Latest issue (after several issues before): called them regarding points in program (last statement indicated 62K - but no statement for several months), they did not provide the information. Asked about transfer of La Quinta points (because I never received an email they claim it was sent en February 2019, and I have more than 60K points), asked for exact location/dates of last stay - when I stated that it was more than a year ago that I can provide possible locations, they indicated I needed to check my records and call back, and that they can not provide info because they are not LaQuinta (correct, but they took over)....
