I am absolutely furious with Wyndham at this point. I've been in a 4 day long email battle with them and can't get a single answer. All I get are prewritten responses in promos or my status. I have been a member for a little over 5yrs now and they off nothing for that loyalty. I travel for work with a group of 6 other guys and I have all of them using the wyndham app now. But after the headache I've had trying to get answers I'm switching my company to choice hotels. Maybe they'll actually appreciate their customers.

Customer service was horrible and the points couldn't be used immediately. This is what we got from a CS rep when trying to make a reservation. I tried to get a room at a Super 8 on the third night and was told, by the 5th person we were passed to on the phone, that we would have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for those points to become effective. If this is... Read More

I have been trying to book rooms for my family for Spring Break since before Christmas. I have been given conflicting information by every person with whom I have spoken. I have spoken with at least three agents and 4 supervisors, three different customer care division lines. I was told to put in a complaint against the hotel in order to get resolution and then to wait a week for the hotel to respond. I was given an account number. When I called back , they said their area was not capable of handling these types of complaints(that I was told to wait a... Read More
